      I was also hoping to see this. I'm planning an A4 build and for now it's going to get my old Strix 970, but once I get my hands on a 3080 I'll likely demote my 3070 to the A4 PC. Since it too has a flow through cooler, I was considering flipping the PSU, since it's 80+ gold and won't generate too much of it's own heat, and using it to help exhaust the hot air from the 3070.

      Putting the heat into the PSU might make that run hotter and get noisier too.

    On top of the T1 how about the Sligers? They have an open spine and while you can't move the PSU you can also install the PSU backwards and have the air come from the flow-through section of the FE card and into the the PSU's intake. It will get warmer air but likely not all that warm, and help exhaust that air, on top of a radiator on the top of the 570 and 580.
    Also it's not just the flow-through design that might be a problem but the sealed sides. The 3070 FE seems to have the same sealed sides, so even with the fan on the normal side, one only has the reverse side for the air to go to.

    Thanks for this video. Disappointed, but not surprised to see the performance. The only thing I felt was missing, was showing how the Ghost S1 performed undervolted & custom fan curve - but without the tophats. Adding the custom curve and undervolt gave you -6 C when using tophat, so would that have given you 79 C without it? And potentially more quiet? Since adding the tophat itself was only -4C.but also added more noise.

    Well the only way I see this working on the Ghost S1 (theoretically) is if:
    - First, the case spine were the PSU mounts have some cuts made (being holes or lines or even a pattern as on the bottom of the case) and;
    - Second, turning the PSU fan to face the spine, creating a path for the air to go through the rear FE card fan to the PSU fan and out in the top.
    Of course that would increase temperatures inside the PSU by some degrees but it would create an almost unrestricted path for the air to flow.

    The Raijintek Ophion might work well with its sandwich layout because it’s mid plane is perforated, it has a bunch of honeycomb cut outs in the mid plane and if you use an sfx power supply, it can be offset from the mid plane leaving room for airflow.

    I'm surprised so little people know and review the Jonsbo A4. It's even smaller than the Ghost yet supports 4 fans natively and even a 240 mm aio. What's even more interesting is that the 3080 pass through fan would blow right into the PSU intake fan helping to move the airflow along. Will do a review when I manage to get a GPU for my case one day.

    One more thing that should be tested: Blocking the top/pull fan tends to increase the gpu temps, as shown, but what about the bottom fan? Imagine, for example, this exact card on a NZXT H200/H210, where the top fan has loads of breathing space, in addition to a top exhaust fan on the case itself, AND the front-to-back airflow path. But, with the bottom fan being "choked" by the psu shroud
