- Rom Boys: 40 years of Rad. Teaser trailer for this forth coming documentary project on the history of Rom Skatepark in Essex. This film features commentary from Professor Iain Borden and interviews with current and past professional skaters and BMX riders from around the globe including BMX Freestyle legend Bob Haro.
The film has a planned release date of 2019.

Where can you see finished film?? , used to ride ROM late 80s through 90s, ...Haha the whole length of the district line Richmond 2 Elm park...But well worth it !

went there was cool but why cant they fix the minor cracks and stuff? you can hardly skate anythingcuz of the big ass holes and cracks
you can pretty much skate everything, just avoid the cracks ! But yes they do need to be sorted out but as it's a listed structure now it's not just a case of filling them in with cement, it has to adhere to strict heritage guidelines.
Rom Skatepark aint in Essex, it is quite clearly in London and always has been.

Quite right. Hornchurch stopped being part of Essex upon the creation of the London Borough Of Havering in 1965, no matter how much the locals cling on to a desire to still be living in Essex.
Hornchurch, Essex is what goes on a letter. not Hornchurch London
well in live there for years, and in never had london on it. always hornchurch, essex. Its like croydon, surrey, you dont have to put surrey on the letter, but the full proper address would include surrey, as would essex in a hornchurch address. Its very basic. Hornchurch is in essex. simple.
