What started off as a simple LTek modding video turned into me just generally showcasing the den! :P (where I play pump n other stuff)
I included the price values to generally be information so I hope it doesn't come out as rude or anything

I love this. Ive been playing PIU for 3-4 months and Im at S11 for most songs. I love it and hope to get a home setup one day. My friend has one.
❤️ keep up the good work man!! That's what it's all about :) good luck with the twists grind 💪
S11 on 3-4 months?? thats actually impressive
@@roifeey Thank you a lot. I just came home from finishing my first session after a hiatus. Nice to see that comment 🙂
How??
@@azkaazeylia I did a lot of practice and i evolved from s5 to s10 pretty fast, but s11-s13 is currently where im taking a lot longer to proceed levels. i play with grippy socks instead of shoes haha
just thought of this but a set of dip bars might be a solid alternative as a back bar
i love wasting a lot of money on silly goofy game controllers i will use for a week then never again!
:D
I love pump it up, I’ve been playing for ~2 months and can do S15’s and D15’s with AAA - S ratings. Hopefully I can get a home setup soon😅
Progress Report, 5 Months in and we are currently Int.9, Soildly AAA D18's but I struggle with Singles. Adv.1 omw.
2:50 waw u r playing chase me by dreamcatcher
You should try searching for an old used SX or GX cab with the original pads... You may find some good price, and with that, you could totally forget about homemade pads.
Any advice? FB marketplace? Rhythm players page?
Sweet vid/setup! Is the soft pad reliable when it comes to holding notes with heel and toe? And are the PIU posters on the wall from an actual arcade?
With use over time, yes
I'm pretty sure the posters are official arcade
Thank you!
After I extract the Step2 Files there is only 1 song? It does look like its loading all the default files that came with the game but only one opion is available when I actually load the game.
Did you reload songs? Are you on a separate profile and full mode?
You need to get the media packs for the songs, the folders for some reason just have the ssc files but no audio or images so they don't show up
whats your opinion on home made pads, im like 14 and i didnt even know you can buy pads for your home. Im making my own right now with the help of reddit.
super cool if you can make your own, pad market kinda blows so if you're experienced and knowledgeable enough I'm sure you can make something way better than the norm
How many months did the soft pads last you?
I don't quite recall but I used it for at least over a year
would you recommend me buying the piudancepad or the ltek piu pad? Im know how to mod the ltek pads, but with piudancepad i dont even know if you can mod it, but ive heard great things about it regardless. Should i buy the ltek or piudancepad
I have no idea how I would go about modding the softpad, all I do is tape it when the aluminum contact sensors break.
The most important factors are imo between the two pads:
What's your current skill level? Do you want to use Pump as a social gathering device? What's your budget?
@@KRAMPIU the highest level ive beat is s14, and i do plan on inviting friends or maybe family to play, and yes budget is a problem. Im leaning very much on the soft pad since it comes with both so i can play doubles, at the cost of 216$.
@@Mihara01 damn the price increased holy, I remember shipping and stuff getting worse for them yeah, uhh I personally say soft pad then
@@Mihara01which store had the 216$ price?
@@amychen2188 piudancepad
Hi, can I ask you where did you get piu game for pc??? I’m looking for it for ages but I can’t find it.
did I see your post on reddit? Look up PumpSanity
no i didnt post there, thanks ill check that! @@KRAMPIU
How much was the shipping for the pui softpad at the time you bought it?
Definitely cheaper than nowadays, I don't remember, I also got it discounted at the time
Buy me an L-tek for Christmas Andy :)
shit pad im not supporting that brand by giving them more money
@@KRAMPIU i only had problems with ltek aswell.. for that price for a single pad with no proper heel toe possibilitys a NO GO for me.
Me be like Regreting my whole entire life because I bought the l tek pad😢😢😢😢
Too real...
Lol Xd
So does that mean there isn't anything available for a durable pad other than actually trying to pay for an actual cab?!
I mean lteks are if you don't penny mod them and use tape instead
*copper tape
🤔🤔🤔🤔
Do you want to install pump it up phoenix

no
@@KRAMPIU oh OK, whatever
Why PIU over DDR?
DDR < ITG
PIU looks more fun and DDR looks stupid when you move.
@@amoretpax199 It's sideways DDR.
I never answered properly sorry, it's just what I grew up with locally at an arcade, I played DDR later on but charting felt bland and frustrating for me in comparison
@@KRAMPIU interesting! PIU does seem like it could be more fun since the steps are more naturally placed compared to DDR. DDR just got popular first and was easily ported to PC and stuff with arrow keus
no numpad on the keyboard 1/10 set up
and my day is ruined
I prefer full size tbh (since I hotkey my recording buttons to it) but on a setup like this I would never need it
