got the sling in the kickstarter in grey. they did a really nice job, packs great and is really handy on a trip. phone compartment is padded. the yellow zip is great too. especially for the price, it's a great one to have. sized well for out and about, even fits a water bottle (disposable, 12 oz) if needed.
Backed the collection on kickstarter, now I just need patience until I have them with me. I love that kind of grid pattern, I got the Bellroy Lite Sacoche in their new Arcade Grey colorway which is really similar and I love it, I'm sure I will love them, Boundary is top of the game but can be too pricey. I only have their Errant Sling which I love but it's almost double the price than this whole collection. I'll breathe and wait and I'll get back with feedback once I put my baby velociraptor inside the bags and see if they actually endure the rips.
@@Nomads.Nation Ok so I finally got my bags and tbqfh... I really love them. The materials are indeed very light but seem really durable. They don't feel cheap at all, just really basic but still techy enough which I love. For the price point if you get the whole collection it's really a top deal, even the pouch which is the simplest of the simple is great. I actually added a strap I had laying around from a Tom Bihn bag's waist strap and I transformed the pouch into a really simple crossbody bag. I feel these bags will become some of my most used ones because of their simplicity but still top quality. In the end I went with black and they are sexy af. Now I feel I could've gotten at least one of the bags in the grey colorway but it's ok. I love black bags, they simply work. I'm excited to start using them and see how many adventures we collect together.
Hey hey I just received the ripstop Backpack and Tote, and I really like them. I like the grid pattern; it reminds me of old sega genesis video game packaging.
On the plus side, its only $50 right now, so like half the price of other packable backpacks like the Aer Go or Belroy Lite ones. Its even cheaper than the Matador Refraction, which is a lot smaller.
At this point I have to warn people not to purchase any Boundary Supply products. Terrible company, terrible service, and the bags are not worth the hassle. Avoid at all costs. You’ve been warned.
I have always found Boundary's products to be the highest quality. As for the service, I cannot speak to it. Can you tell us a bit more about your experience?
The rennen ripstop is not Bad, it’s my daily gym bag, but I got charged twice for it, and their customer support is taking me between giving me the run around and ghosting me, rather than making it right, over the last couple of months. I’m attempting to fix it through PayPal but it’s also taking time to fix.

Looking forward to hearing what you think of the bags once you get them! 🦖

Oh yea, retro video game vibes for sure. I think these bags are great for the price point
