Instead of doing a basic q&a sitting in front of the camera by yourself and answering comments, this format that you chose was so much fun and educating. Having other students as well as yourself, interviewing them on the same questions and intercutting the answers is a brilliant way to turn a boring video into fun. Im a 24 year old grad student that has nothing to do with law and enjoyed every bit of it. Good job!
This was actually interesting, not boring at all. I’m planning on taking graphic design on uni, so I have no correlation with law at all but it was still interesting to watch.
8:52 "I looked at him and he looked at me and we just started crying" I actually relate, life is stressful! I'm doing High School Legal studies and that alone makes me cry, I applaud you guys for dealing with it for 3 years!
To those following the NESPRESSO campaign on Instagram. We fought our hardest, we sent all the messages we could (as far as i'm aware, 30+ messages, u guys are INSANE), however, it looks like Nespresso don't currently see the importance in supporting life-long coffee STANS such as me. Thank you to everyone that helped me rally the cries for coffee, the #Nespresso4Eve campaign went on late into the night. We shall try again in the future, perhaps when we have a bigger voice. Eve. 🙏 😔
You brave, hard-working girls. It's legitimately interesting to have the whole thing explained, especially with the added stories for spice. I'm amazed you and your friends alike would still so readily answer their recommendation for law, having just went through the final gauntlet. I do see the point of it though, that the humanities are in many ways interconnected and the study of them produces a number of transferable skills. That's a good enough reason to study most subjects, from an academic point of view. And everyone's got career plans too, bravo.
Given that the EU treaties set out its constitutional basis and define the highest level of EU legislation, with the advent of Brexit, what was your favourite drink when you were out clubbing?
im a first year who's currently studying software engineering at university but i've always had an interest in law. in school, i excelled at humanities and enjoyed doing writing based subjects but i ended up picking a software engineering degree. i was scared i wasn't smart enough for law, and went for the something that seemed better in terms of job prospects. now im halfway through my first semester ever at uni, doing a degree that i know isn't for me, but watching your videos (and my own research) has given me strength to transfer at the end of my first year. i cant thank you enough for that
It genuinely amazes me how educational systems differ all over the world. In our country, we finish high school at the age of 19/20 and if you want to become a lawyer, you have to study for SIX years. So you leave college at the age of 26 :D These lovely girls are in their final year at such a young age. :D
I had to pause the video like 10 times because i was dying from laughter everytime u started zooming on ur friends you’re literally the best at editing
I just finished my degree in digital design and development and I still enjoyed watching this video. It’s always interesting to learn about other ‘professions’
Ohmygod I love your friends. You're so lucky to have them, THEY'RE A KEEPER. This video was not boring at all, Eve. I don't study law but I find it interesting to hear other people talk about what they are studying.
Me: Internally hoping that this video doesn't make me want to change my dream career of medicine Also me: Watches the whole thing and is now researching law courses Uh Oh, help me...
Wait are law exams in the UK closed book?!?! I do law in Australia and it's all open book. so interesting seeingthe differences between law degrees internationally. Such awesome editing btw so funning and interesting love it!!!
Starting my first year of law school in Bristol this fall and I'm really terrified but excited. This video was a really interesting insight of the course so thank youuuuu
This is quite interesting to watch since it shows the different system you have, very informative and fun to watch 💛 I’m in law school now in the Philippines, and we basically need to have 4 years of college undergrad before we enter law school which is another 4 years.
I'm going to study physics at uni lol but this was still really interesting! I love hearing about other subjects and what they're like, because then if I ever meet someone studying law I'll have some sort of idea what that's actually like
EVE YOU'RE AMAZING i've been at uni open days every weekend for like over a month looking at law so this is so so interesting and helpful THANKYOU xxxxox
This has helped me so much. I’ve always wanted to go into law as it interests me but not had an actual idea about the course etc. This has made me so excited for uni now
I have interest in law, I actually studied Management and now i am studyin Marketing and Business Intelligence but I watched the whole video because I love your videos that much
Hi Eve! I'm an international student from Norway and I'm going to study at Bristol uni next year (hopefully!!). I've really loved watching your videos about your university experience, and even though I'm not studying law I feel like I'm a bit more prepared for studying at university in England! Not only do I feel more prepared for uni, but I also feel motivated to work even harder than I am now and your videos make me so excited to start university and move to Bristol! So thank you so much for your lovely and amazing content 💕
Please make more law videos- absolutely loved this!!! Perhaps an a-level advice video and how you prepared a personal statement and the application process for law in general? Much appreciated :)
I basically have nothing to do with law but this was super fun to watch and you seem like a really nice person with positive vibes. You just seem real and I love what I've seen so far🥰
omg you will love it, I loved Kings when I visited! I would really recommend getting involved with as much possible as early as possible, and joining up with the law society, get stuck in!!
Eve Cornwell aww thank you!! And I will make sure I will - can’t wait to get involved in mooting and debating! I nearly confirmed Bristol because I loved it so much but I think King’s is the one for me 💖💖
Omg im surprised I just found out about your vlog and im LOVING it! Im in my last year of law school from the Philippines and Im watching this after my taxation review class. 😂😂😂 and i think i'll be watching your vlogs in between stressing in law school.
This is so fun ! I'm a student of politics and have little correlation with law. But my girlfriend is a law student and it's just interesting to know more about this side of life since we normally don't talk too much into details of law or being a law student (even though I'm keen to know). So anyway I enjoy it a lot. love from Taiwan.
Not even sure why I'm watching this: it's 1:40 a.m. here in Trinidad and I've already graduated with my BSc. in Chemical Engineering lol. It's just so interesting! haa
This was so great! I live in the U.S. but it's so cool the fact that you go to law school straight out of high school! I actually have to get my bachelors, and then take the LSAT, and then apply to law school (which is another 3 years added on to the 4 years) and then after I graduate law school I have to take the Bar exam! So I'll probably be in my mid to late twenties by the time I become an actual lawyer, and you guys will already be working! 😭😭😭
I’m currently working towards going to university to study Law and it made me so excited! Thank you for all the information and tea you spilled, much appreciated 🤓
I am not interested in study law but i’ve enjoyed this video so much!! i didn’t find it boring at all and i am just about to rewatch it. Lots of love!! 💖
Hey Eve! I'm a Law student in Bristol too and your videos literally make my day!! What's your number one motivation to study when you don't feel like studying at all?
Why can't you? In Belgium it already takes 6 years to become a lawyer (I'm assuming its more or less the same in canada & the usa), do they really expect you to study 6 more years at 21?
WHY IS GAMORA?! In the US and I believe Canada, you have to get a bachelors degree and even possibly a masters if you so desire before even applying to law school and then it is 3 years of law school.
I didn’t sleep much one day bc I was practicing a speech for a class all night. So, after class I had to drive home for the weekend and it’s a 2 1/2 hour drive. I stopped to pick my brother up for school but I was there 30min early so I fell asleep on the steering wheel until he got out of school. College is a killer.
the way getting a law degree works in the uk makes so much more sense bc in the us u gotta do 4yrs of undergrad and then 3 years of law school and a big deterrent for people from becoming lawyers (aside from the difficulty of getting in) is affordability. ur likely to go into so much debt its not even worth it cuz you wont be able to pay it back for like 10+ years anyway i loved this video!! v informative
KDrama Filth im honestly not sure why its a requirement to hold a bachelors degree but what i can say is american college is kind of a massive scam putting young people into tremendous amounts of debt which deters them from saving money and owning property. dont get me wrong like i value my education but i think it should be illegal to charge the amount of tuition they do here. as for how we afford college: we dont/kids take out loads of student loans sorry for the minirant but i think america needs to uh improve its education system and create one where they value their population getting educated, rather than trying to make as much money off it as possible lmfao
I absolutely love your channel Eve, and editing is always on fleek. As a prospective law student who wants to go to Bristol Uni) could you please do a video on what Bristol University is like - an honest review/ something to that effect xx
Starting my Law LLB degree in London in two months!! Great video, I’m borderline scared and excited at the same time? Haha it will be fineee...I hope :)
i keep coming back to this video. i don't know why. i don't even study law. not even close. i am studying german literature. BUT THIS VIDEO HAS SOMETHING MAGICAL
I don’t study law. I work as a data manager for oncology clinical trials. I just really love occupational youtubers. I like to see how different careers are. Plus your editing is fire and I love your sense of humor. Rewatching your old videos while I wait for the new one! ✨✨✨
Anam Tahir Nope! I was initially hired as a research assistant and worked my way up to data management. My hospital only requires a bachelor degree (doesn’t even have to be in a scientific field but mine happens to be). I am in the US so I’m not sure if it’s different over here.
This video was so interesting to watch, I'm currently in Year 10 in Australia and planning on doing law after school and this video was really interesting to see what the process of becoming a lawyer is like in another country 👍🏻
Hi Eve! Love your videos a lot, however this is very much how an english degree works rather than other UK universities, for example my degree is in Scotland and is 4 years long and we have devolved powers and laws, we study Highers and Nationals in school and its a very different system! Lots of love xxx
I really want to do law now! For so long, I wanted to go down the sciencey path but recently I've changed my mind and I'm super interested in law.I've been watching your videos for a while now, even when I had no interest in doing law.I hope to study law at Bristol bc I live in Bristol and it is supposed to be one of the best law schools!
9:52 this is a real thing for non-law student as well sadly 😂😂. Most of the times other students freak me out because it looks like they're working harder but sometimes they're not and I'm just freaking out over nothing and then I get a better mark because they just DUM
studying law in a UK uni aswell (in my final year now) and I was SHOOK at you guys studying several hours a day in no-exam periods. I swear I don't even study 4 hours a week during that time
as someone who is thinking of moving to the UK to study law; which school did you go to and do you recommend law? did you at least graduate with 2.1 by studying 4 hours a week during off-times? thank you in advance !!
actually found this well interesting even tho i’m not a law student interesting to here how other degrees work !! gets me pumped to go back for second year and cry some more 😪🤘🏻
I was having a pre-uni-start meltdown (I also study law, what a surprise...) and really needed to hear this. So many people fail exams in the first year but I felt like I aced that exam and got 6 out of 18 points back... Well doing law in Germany is fun with this grading system PS Love your videos eve they keep me going and motivated so I probably rewatched every single one of your law related videos about five times😂👩🏻⚖️🥰☕️

i love how they call themselves procrastinators when they study 9-15 hours a day whereas I study less than 2.
Same I'm really inconsistent and it's hard to just sit down I don't think I'll make it if I carry on like this 😔
I study 0 hours for like 3-4 days and then 10 hours in 1 :))))
Me: 8-9 hours? Woah, that's a lot.
Them: *Then, in peak exam season*
Me: What
This was actually interesting, not boring at all. I’m planning on taking graphic design on uni, so I have no correlation with law at all but it was still interesting to watch.
that makes me so happy!! i was worried it might be really boring for people that didn't study law
8:52 "I looked at him and he looked at me and we just started crying" I actually relate, life is stressful! I'm doing High School Legal studies and that alone makes me cry, I applaud you guys for dealing with it for 3 years!

The editing throughout the video was soo good 😍
Aaaah thank YOU!!
I seem to re-watch this video on a regular basis (whenever I need some motivation), and that alone shows how good the video turned out!
I'm a med student and i'm watching videos about law students ....😂😂

This video is actually really helpful. Thank you so much for inviting your friends along.
I basically have nothing to do with law but this was super fun to watch and you seem like a really nice person with positive vibes. You just seem real and I love what I've seen so far🥰
I am going to do Law in September at King’s College - this video has made me excited but also stressed for the amount of work 😬😬

Eve Cornwell aww thank you!! And I will make sure I will - can’t wait to get involved in mooting and debating! I nearly confirmed Bristol because I loved it so much but I think King’s is the one for me 💖💖

Hey Eve! I'm a Law student in Bristol too and your videos literally make my day!! What's your number one motivation to study when you don't feel like studying at all?
Y A Y !! Definitely MUSIC, the right playlist can totally change my mood
u & ur friendgroup looks really fun , im lovin it
WHAT?? You can go straight from highschool to law school in England? Yeahhhh not in Canada...😕
This Generations Voice Of God You can get an LLB in Canada
As a Canadian, I wish we could do that...
Or america sadly
Why can't you? In Belgium it already takes 6 years to become a lawyer (I'm assuming its more or less the same in canada & the usa), do they really expect you to study 6 more years at 21?

here after this woman begins her first job from Monday 👏🏻🤗
I don’t study law. I work as a data manager for oncology clinical trials. I just really love occupational youtubers. I like to see how different careers are.
Plus your editing is fire and I love your sense of humor. Rewatching your old videos while I wait for the new one! ✨✨✨
what did you study in uni?
Anam Tahir Organismal Biology! Thanks for asking!
was it an undergraduate or graduate degree? wait so no computer science/bioinformatics to be a data manager?
Anam Tahir Nope! I was initially hired as a research assistant and worked my way up to data management. My hospital only requires a bachelor degree (doesn’t even have to be in a scientific field but mine happens to be). I am in the US so I’m not sure if it’s different over here.
This video was so interesting to watch, I'm currently in Year 10 in Australia and planning on doing law after school and this video was really interesting to see what the process of becoming a lawyer is like in another country 👍🏻
Am I a law student? Nope. Will I ever be one? Nope, I study pharmacy. Am I still going to watch the entire video? Definitely! Love u xx

Hi Eve! Love your videos a lot, however this is very much how an english degree works rather than other UK universities, for example my degree is in Scotland and is 4 years long and we have devolved powers and laws, we study Highers and Nationals in school and its a very different system! Lots of love xxx
I really want to do law now! For so long, I wanted to go down the sciencey path but recently I've changed my mind and I'm super interested in law.I've been watching your videos for a while now, even when I had no interest in doing law.I hope to study law at Bristol bc I live in Bristol and it is supposed to be one of the best law schools!
i love your energy!!!!
I love the edits!!!!
9:52 this is a real thing for non-law student as well sadly 😂😂. Most of the times other students freak me out because it looks like they're working harder but sometimes they're not and I'm just freaking out over nothing and then I get a better mark because they just DUM
Loved hearing your opinions as well as others!
studying law in a UK uni aswell (in my final year now) and I was SHOOK at you guys studying several hours a day in no-exam periods. I swear I don't even study 4 hours a week during that time
as someone who is thinking of moving to the UK to study law; which school did you go to and do you recommend law? did you at least graduate with 2.1 by studying 4 hours a week during off-times? thank you in advance !!
actually found this well interesting even tho i’m not a law student
interesting to here how other degrees work !!
gets me pumped to go back for second year and cry some more 😪🤘🏻
Yayay this was such a useful video. I’m hopefully going to Durham for law in October and this was so so helpful. Thankssss :))))
wow woww!! You will have such an incredible time
Eve Cornwell ehhh thanksss pls keep uploading ur law videos (if u want to) though even when ur doing ur training I find it so interesting !! :))
I was having a pre-uni-start meltdown (I also study law, what a surprise...) and really needed to hear this. So many people fail exams in the first year but I felt like I aced that exam and got 6 out of 18 points back... Well doing law in Germany is fun with this grading system
PS Love your videos eve they keep me going and motivated so I probably rewatched every single one of your law related videos about five times😂👩🏻⚖️🥰☕️
