Hello everyone!
I played a mix of songs from the series The Untamed and Mo Dao Zu Shi, this video is a mashup of 《Wu Ji》,《Wang Xian 》,《Tong Dao Shu Tu》,《Zui Meng Qian Chen》 and 《He Yi Ge》.

Its so bloody difficult to get a sound out of it without an physical teacher telling you what the f youre doing wrong. I think its one of the reasons this instrument is underrated

I actually thought XiaoZhan was only play acting, but chinese flutes are really played that way huh? So pretty.
And playing WangXian and Wuji beautiful 👏👏👏
yeah he is play acting but ofc this one is real sound.
Every flutes are played this way ^^ the production actually had professionals over to teach them the basic of their instruments.

I've never seen anyone did that with this kind of flute before, I've experienced playing it and it's one of the hardest flute to play any songs beautifully for me (it's quite easy to play but hard to be master like her)

I just fell in love with everything, with her, with her flute, with her music, with everything. It made me feel the music between my bones, it made me feel the feeling of her music like no other music video. I loved it ♥️

this player is really advanced because it's really hard to achieve tremble in dizi 🥵 (i barely can play normally so forget about tremble 🤦🏻♀️)
She is a professional flute player. She graduated from China Conservatory of Music as the first woman to hold a PhD for the Chinese Bamboo Flute.

@@watchoutherecomesthefandom its easy to make a sound but hard to get a good tone just have to listen carefully and when putting your dimo on make sure its not too tight or too loose you'll hear the difference just make adjustments! have fun learning!

I first followed mdzs's story from the donghua version, and I remember crying all day cause I didn't expect the level of angst.. 😭😭
I've tought that it's that kind of mainstream story when the dark n light rival fell in love each other, but then I didn't expect wwx suffering! I tought that he's somekind of originally dark/antihero main villain!! 😭😭
I first tought this song is kinda cringey.. (maybe cause I don't really like anime n it's flashy opening, first time watching chinese donghua too)
But then when I hear it now.. It brings back memories.. dat first-time emotional feeling... 😢

@@brotherbill3407 it literally is the animation but in China they don't call it anime (because it's a Japanese word) they call it donghua.

@BrotherBill, Donghua means ‘Moving Pictures’ which is basically animation. So a Donghua would be Chinese animation.
BrotherBill should be Cartoon/ animation (Dong Hua is the sound of Chinese 動畫 , 動means movement or acting, 畫means picture....😉)
i feel to go back, the day i saw this video, i was really surprised by the skills you have and literally went bonkers over it. the transition, beauty, tone, everything just makes me go back to my untamed, mo dao zu shi phase. this deserves over a billion views, but the world happen to change.
God my eyes are full of tears .it really does carry all the emotions and while listening i can remember all those things happened right in infront of me like i was there for real .

The beginning remind me of The Untamed so deep. The more I remember, the more I cry as that was my best summer, my happiest period before taking examination of the first semester in grade 11. Having watched The Untamed, I had to buy full of Mo Dao Tzu Shi eventually. Perfect!
