At the end of 2018, I am here to play the famous Chinese incredible song 《權御天下》(Sun Quan The Emperor) to finish 2018!
I used much technique at the beginning of the song: flutter tonguing + demisemiquaver (thirty-second note)
high pitch, fast speed, and double tongue circular breathing, etc.....!!
Anyway, Happy New Year and Wish everyone good luck!!!

@@ZadkielTheGreat I know, although there are passages higher octaves that feel starnge, plus some music that seems out of sync with the movements. almost like she is acting over a soundtrack. My 0.02
@@ivanrossi2051 The audio probably was recorded in a studio-environment and then put over the video. Otherwise you sacrifice a lot of audio quality.

@@dylanwu3268 - yepp, Forbidden City. Been there. Impressive place. And an unbelievable large image of Mao Tse Dong over the roof at the entrance.
It's more awesome that the Forbidden City is not even considered ancient (only built for about 600 years), sadly many other ancient structures have been destroyed by wars, disasters, fires etc...
I went there early January 2020. Beautiful Chinese history. Luckily, before the virus was widespread

The place she is 'playing' doesn't allow disturbance, the vid and music is recorded separately plus there are multiple I think 3 maybe 4 layered tracks. This doesn't take away her fantastic skill at playing the flute especially a traditional one rather than the standard western flute
there is always a person that make people think playing musical instrument is easy......and when you try it.....you give up just a second after you try it...
All musical instruments are hard… especially the triangle. I play the violin

Discouraged? She is laughing at the top of the mountain when it comes to performance and professionalism with this instrument.
I don't know if it was the first Chinese song I heard, but it was definitely the first one that won me over. I heard it in the version with Guzheng and drums but this one was amazing too, I would never have imagined that you could do so much with a flute.
I cannot get enough of this song. You did so well with your performance. It looks and sounds lovely 🖤

大約2星期前，在youtube滑來滑去，無意中，睇到有段董敏演奏的隠形的翅膀，聽完後感覺，驚為天人，好有力量，她的演奏完美到就像用錄音機，播放出來一樣。之後再在youtube上聽其他人的笛子演奏，完全聽不入耳。直到聽到你的演奏，功力深厚，有中氣，長氣，手指靈活。完全不亞於董敏。

民乐其实也是西洋乐，上世纪借鉴西洋音乐的产物。
@@拂曉種花家 笛子这种乐器是中国本土的，但记谱方式都是五线谱了，传统的乐谱已经没有人写了。另外民乐团大量使用西洋乐器，借鉴西方交响乐。民乐团中二胡，琵琶，唢呐，扬琴，大提琴，低音提琴，定音鼓和军鼓都是外来乐器。中西结合的民乐演奏更有感染力和表现力。你仔细听这个视频里用了多少西方乐器，配乐方式更是西化

自己從小彈琴，吹單簧管，現在除了讓自己的孩子學琴外，想再找個國樂給孩子學，今天聽到老師您的笛子，真是顛覆我以往對國樂的想像，因不懂所以之前幫孩子找適合學哪些國樂時，只能從google和youtube找視頻資料，一直以為笛子必須要擁有很隻不同調性的，老師您的這首曲子真是太令人驚艷，尤其是不輸鋼琴的速度，不輸管樂器的音域和您雖一派輕鬆，但笛子小小的共鳴腔卻被您吹出如此嘹亮，充滿了生命力，這首曲子我看過古箏，琵琶，二胡，古琴的視頻，您的這一曲真是只有“驚艷“二字

你們說的循環呼吸法是適用有吹嘴的樂器 例如嗩吶。但是笛子沒有吹嘴，所以循環呼吸法是用喉嚨儲氣的，這比在嘴裡儲氣還要困難，而且因為儲氣量不大所以換氣的速度要更快，在吹氣的同時鼻子也要很快地抽氣到腹腔中，困難度比較大

U shoud know The flute is an extremely hard instrument to play...... U have to posses very strong lungs, because even a tiny mistake can ruin everything .....for those who dont belive try strongly blow air between 0.12-0.22 of this video..........you will be amazed.
