Oh that's good to know you weren't bothered by it. It was all handheld, so I used slow motion as a crutch to make things seem smoother. That, and cutting away when things got too wobbly 🙂
I am constantly amazed at how they chow down molluscs shell n all! Some lovely footage & images there Ryan and weirdly timed as i was literally thinking a day or two when are you going to post again! Our Whimbrel in the UK are suuuuper skittish, so also amazed at your proximity to them here. Look forwards to more, keep em coming!
I don’t really think about it. Especially since 90% of the time I’m doing video with this camera. I’ve owned the a7R IV and played with the V and my favorite thing about that much resolution is that I can shoot photos in landscape orientation and later decide I want a vertical and still have the 24MP or whatever it is. Glad to hear you’re loving it!
Very interesting! Greetings from the Pacific Northwest Sending cheers your way from the West Coast. #BeautifulWashington🥂 Declan
Great photages. I also like the smooth panning.

It sure is interesting how a species' behavior can vary by location. Thanks for the kind words and support!
Great footage! I have the toughest time photographing birds in flight. New subscriber here ✨
How are you liking the 24mp on the Canon R3? I got the Sony a7R5 with the 200-600mm it gives me 61mp and 26mp in crop mode super happy 😊
