I don't get it 🤔🤔 how is that an adapter? I thought I'd an adapter to let me use my parkside battery on a different brand tool, like Makita, for instance,. Otherwise not sure what the point of this "adapter". What is it for???
You must have more luck with Parkside tools than I do. Every Parkside tool I have purchased as broken within weeks, usually within days. I purchased two 20v batteries and they died second or third use. I don't buy anything Parkside any more.
This battery has no any safety features itself. Safe charge or discharge is provided by communication between battery and tool or battery and charger of X20V system. This communication tells the tool or charger to stop when any of the cell's voltage goes out of the allowed range. Using them as powerbank or with a non-X20V charger is dangerous! This can damage the battery or set it on fire! Of course, the battery could be disassembled, and necessary BMS (Battery Management System) PCB installed inside. This PCB has cell voltage monitoring circuit and power switch to cut-off charger or load for safety.

@@makeandfixathome The adapter is fine, the wiring is ok measured with the tester, positive on positive and negative on negative of the black decker pruner but it doesn't work, maybe I should modify the internal electrical connections ... Anyway thanks you did a good job .. . 👍
@@mitchfighter Try to connect the battery without an adapter. It's hard to say why this doesn't work. if I find a "Black and decker" drill, I will check it. What model number is yours? Regards
TOP!

Should have added small leds inside epoxy part ;)
👍👍👍👍
Epoxy casting RRRRRRROOOCKS!!!!!!!!!
Thank You, Stelios Papoutsakis !!!!!
Parkside apprendra-t-il un jour à fabriquer des produits normaux ?
don't know :)
makita 18v
Honestly when I first started watching I thought this was going the other way around, rather than making an adapter to use the batteries elsewhere I thought you were making an adapter to use on set of packs on a different brand lol
I don't get it 🤔🤔 how is that an adapter? I thought I'd an adapter to let me use my parkside battery on a different brand tool, like Makita, for instance,. Otherwise not sure what the point of this "adapter". What is it for???
u adapt it to something that needs a batery
I just cut the tab blocking me from using it on other brands of batteries I now have a charger from black and decker that charges all my other brands
You must have more luck with Parkside tools than I do. Every Parkside tool I have purchased as broken within weeks, usually within days. I purchased two 20v batteries and they died second or third use. I don't buy anything Parkside any more.
I had a few problems with Parkside battery which I fixed easily. Possible I'm lucky too :) Greetings manaloneathome
I made all clear body torchlight, clear polycarbonate sheets with route, scroll saw, disc sand with right angle drill, orbital sander with fine/finish disc sander,,,, led lighting in battery connect/adapter,,,, I am the DEAFNESS, can't hearing and non-voice
You must have a lot of spare time to go though all that

Why not use a 3d pen? And a glue gun maybe? Much faster and no mess. Much cheaper also
Hi NsTI, I'm not sure a 3d pen or glue gun is a good option. Faster hmm ... In my concept was to make a solid adapter without a 3D printer. Also with my method using a silicone mold, U can make more than one adapter and every single one will be the same. It is reusable, and the surface is perfect. Still can use different materials but I stay with mine. :) Regards manaloneathome
@@makeandfixathome I agree your option looks better and easy to make multiple
And how about a clear list of materials and where to buy them from?? Otherwise it's pointless. Attach it to a tool of it's an adapter!
1. This is a universal adapter, to connect to the battery
2. Who says to connect to the power tools? You can use it for anything You want, but first You need a connection to the battery pins.
3. To understand the point, You should watch other videos for example this one ( ua-cam.com/video/IhTq41MTobU/v-deo.html )
4. This epoxy resin Project is an alternative to 3D Printer
5. List of materials? In the description, You can find Types of epoxy and silicone for the rest of the things have to watch other videos...
6. Where to buy them from? No one sponsoring those materials, so Why I should place links for specific shops? Hope You see my point...
@@makeandfixathome it looks like a battery cover to me, not an adapter. how about just sticking two wires in the slots and wrap them in tape? All I'm saying is, this concept had potential, but it needs to allow me to mount a different kind of tool on to a parkside battery. That's what I thought of when I read the title. Anyway, the epoxy casting process is cool if more clearly explained. 👍
👍🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻
@@makeandfixathome just an idea for a follow up project, if feasible: one side epoxy cast of parkside batt (like you have), other side cast of different brand tool battery mount, tada! Now we've got an adapter! (They exist, in the market btw) cheers!
@@samispam1000 this idea is on progress ;)

Your idea is good ();-) (y) (b)
Thank You Cesar 👍

around 60gram My Friend ;)
И нахер всё эти сложности?
А просто пластины с проводами вставить в нужные разъемы нельзя?
да можешь если хочешь
I gave a dislike because of the damn annoying music.........
An adaptor for the Parkside 12V battery should be next on your list
