    One of our turbines' exhaust hood temp rises and vaccum drops significantly upon going more than 70% of its rated load. I guess it needs shutdown (could be the same reason i.e. deposition on blades responsible for such behaviour).

    Steam turbine me after bearing replacement & cold start "generator front bush bearing" ka temperature ek side ka increase ho raha hai 90 degree tak aur generator ka hi dusre end par temperature 60 hai. Similarly "turbine rear bush bearing ka temperature bhi ek side ka increase ho raha hai 82 degree tak jab ki dusra temperature 55 to 60 degree tak hi ja raha hai. Please respond early.

      Exhaust temperature increase due to not proper utilisation of steam energy, because inlet temperature whole time remain same so slightly tends to increase.

    Initally 3000rpm rotation ke liye less steam jate hai aur after synchronisation and high load me jayada ..phir bhi exhaust hood temp nahi badta.kyu..work done me kya hota hai

    Ye bataye ki hood spray na available ho to exhaust temp kaise control kare.
    Plus high vacuum and low vaccum limits dependency parameters and effects on turbine, it's heat rate and efficiency.

      Dear as we know pressure is directly proportional to pressure that's why during increase in exhaust hood temperature absolute pressure inside the Condenser is increased. So, when we convert this absolute pressure in gauge Pressure we seen vacuum drops

      Exhaust hood temperature is inversely proportional to turbine efficiency so ultimately Thermal Power Plant efficiency.

    One thing I want to understand that steam heat is utilised for rolling then exhausted to further system and turbine used to torque transmission to Alternator . so how steam accumulation in last stage if steam exhausted to acc or condenser ,I didn't understood.       Dear if condensate temperature is lower than exhaust temperature, it's good for Condenser, as we know here latent heat is rejected so temperature should be equal but so much difference in temperature doesn't create any problem
