      सर यूनिट लाइट अप करते समय टर्बाइन को 600 RPM ले जाने के लिए तथा 3000 RPM ले जाने के लिए Shaft, casing, और अन्य temperature तथा प्रेशर parameter क्या क्या होना चाहिए! इसमे एक vedio बनाइए प्लीज!

    Dear good struggle. Many system not take in operation before vaccum creat.such like AOP & JOB both start, lube oil cooling , Condenser pump seal cooling, circulating water for condenser system and so on. So make a detail video for turbine rolling.

      Dear oil is available in the tank at atmospheric pressure so here pressure is +ve.

      Reverse power means power from grid to generator, at this time generator behaves like motor so protection given that time Turbine gets trip.

      Dear Run command dene k bd throttle open hota aur less amount m steam Ka flow hota h jiske chalte speed jyada ni Jata h, ye steam flow Ka regulation actuator k dwara hota h actuator ko governor singnal deta h.

    Sir one event .There is no Hot Well Level control due to misbehavior level controller or CEP PUMP PUMP pressure, Level is increasing slowly.Then, why is the Vaccum decreasing? In this case, the load is the same. Please Discuss

      If hotwell level increases it means space required for collecting condensate is reduced so due to this exhaust steam condensation space also reduces, so proper condensation of exhaust steam not take place in Condenser, so accumulation of non condensing gas increases inside Condenser which reduces the vacuum gradually.

    Boss mere ko servo motor me jo secondary oil damping device ke bare me jankari chahiye ye kaise Kam Karta hi aur iska working principle kay hi.
    As iska ek side me NRV jaise hi but dono side se valve passing ho raha hi to nrv dene ka kya phyda aur throttle dia hua hi.
    Mere ko janna hi nrv sahi me dia hota damping devide ke ki nai aur aga hi to passing allowed hi kya isme ya valve kharabh hi pls explain. Mere ko nrv ke opposite side se valve ko kholne ka man kar rha hi iska data sheet me jankari clear nai ho paaara .

    Why we need to maintain negative pressure in condensate extraction pump suction..?

      Negative pressure is due to vacuum inside condenser, but CEP installed at some deep for NPSH at suction.

    As apne yaha use feed warer pump turbine jaise use karte hi aur main turbine apne yaha alstom ka hi 660 mw ka

    Sir,How did you open ESV?During starting of CEP,when vacuum is not built-up inside the condenser the vacuum balancing valve will be close or open?sir please reply.

      Vacuum balancing line should be in open conditions when start up of CEP, when vacuum created inside they start their functioning.

      If auxillary power cut at that time turbine trip and costing down and becomes zero speed, if there is problem in power at that hand barring kept in line,if steam pressure reduced vacuum drop then Darin line should be open, operation depends on situation of electrical power.
