The one-handed rotary method works pretty well, especially when your hands are big enough to palm the front end of a Buick. ❤

The Letterkenny “allegedly” in the beginning should have been saved for an ostrich herl tip! 😂

Just wait for the ostrich baetis pattern that’s coming out. It will scratch that itch 😂

For the skill builder please show the proper way to adjust tension in both the
wire side and the Smhaen wide side style of bobbin. I am having a problem with the Smhaen is too tight. Great help I look forward each week for the info. Just spent a half hour rewatching the Swiss CDC how to. I was struggling trying to get CDC in the loop. Another thought is to hammer home the idea of practicing how to do these skills until you can really do them before trying to tie a fly with a new skill and also tie larger size first of a pattern and at least 6 or more of the pattern. Also strip the hook back to bare if it isn't right this just makes you proportion better since you don't want to tie that fly 5 times in a row before you can tie the next one of that half dozen. Keep up the good work. Denis Higginson

I think we need some videos on more idioms. Either way, these are great. I'm learning a ton! Thanks Guys!

Good one, especially on debarking and thread holding. Thank you. One suggestion on debarking older saltwater hooks with thick barbs - after bending the barb down, file the thick part of the main body of the barb to a sharper angle to get better hook sets. ^

Creech, thanks for the trips on wrapping latex. How about a segment on wrapping quill to create segmented dry fly bodies. Pun intended.

When I searched "latex", I got ads for for some pretty daring garments. I suppose they can be sliced into 4mm strips.

How about ways to keep tail materials from fouling. I have used a small loop of mono. Any other ways?

It really depends on the fly. But yeah. Good idea.
