Amazing house flip in Detroit - $78k in profit | before and after renovation part 2.

First day of renovation. We started off with the clean-out and demo of the property. We also got the yard work done. It took two 40-yard dumpsters to clean out the house. Second day we got all the plumbing updated to pex and pvc, and then the paint prep.
