hey guys. I was born into a christian family and been a chrisitan 'my whole life'. But i've been asking myself alot this year about how i've actually not felt the conviction of God's love for me. I often think its just the complacency of being raised up in a christian family and how phrases like "Jesus died for your sins" have been said so much that they dont impact me. It's been a rough week where things have led me to question God's love for me, but tonight, tonight as i was doing my quiet time and having this song on loop, I literally broke down with tears streaming down my face feeling God's love for me so thick. That lyric: "How beautiful this love, You would lay down your crown" I cant even deal. I dont even comment on youtube videos often but i just want to thank God for you guys, for writing songs like this that help ppl like me to finally see how wide, higher and deep God's love actually is for all of us. :) Thank you guys and continue shining bright :)

If you don't Feel his love, you are not trying to Let him touch your hart, hè wants to be in your life but do you realy want him in your life ask yourself that. Do you realy try to realy know him. Pray, read the bible because you can only know who hè realy is if you read the bible, find people in your surroundings that you can talk to share your thoughts, god uses people to talk to people to touch people who need him. Ask god that hè will touch your hart so that you will Feel his love, if you realy want it!!
got it hey bro, i felt the same way too just recently. I am a christian like you since i was in grade school. I have been faithful back then, but now when i had a family of my own, it seems that I was also not able to feel the presence of God on my life.I was able to glide away from the truth and have let my heart sin against family and God. But Jesus is so gracious! He has led me towards asking forgiveness of my sin for my family and with God. He guided me again thru His word in Psalms 119. May these verses guide you also. Now i can say that I am already back in the track and in fire serving the Lord. May God bless you always.
