- School has been wildly difficult for me this semester. It’s nothing like the first semester. I’ve had a lot of little wins, but I’ve also had a lot of L’s. I just wanted to catch you all up to speed on a few things.
Leave some positive and encouraging words for other nursing school girly’s and guys in the comments! We need them!!
I remember LVN school (7 yrs ago), as an older student who worked a full-time, demanding job in the day and went to a full-time, accelerated program at night, I just kept my head down and minded MY business. I made a friend or two, but kept the number limited. One of my friends, a young 20-something, expressed annoyance at a group of students who she knew was cheating. I told her: What they eat don't make you fat. Do YOUR thing. Mind YOUR business. The NCLEX is the great equalizer. They seemingly breezed through while we were successful with challenges. How about not a single one of the 4 passed the NCLEX ... on the first or second time. Got eeeem! LOL SMH
I'm starting RN school in January (hopefully) and will still work full-time, but at least I'm a nurse this time. I plan to use the same strategy as LVN school, keep my circle small & like-minded.
Yes indeed small circle and staying focused is my game plan too
You can do whatever you put your mind in to it and know you got this!! You the best!!

I feel like you are going through exactly what I’m going through this past semester. I didn’t want to or was not hardly interested in Geriatrics and I went in with a negative mindset. Now I have to retake it. Only God knows our journey and everything happens for a reason. Hang in there we got this!!

Thank you for posting this I am making a career change to nursing after getting a degree in information technology . And I am starting a ADN program and doing my pre reqs January I’m so nervous 🙏🏾😩😭
lol I haven’t check ga channel out in 7 or 8 years i remember watching you back in the day doing reaction vids and giving new details about mindless behavior surprise you still doing YT till this day keep grinding 💪
