"We are a very reallistic people". Haa! The official who says that in this video also claimed that Turkemenistan would be a wealthy paradise by 2000, when in fact Turkmenbasi's gang of brigands continued to drive their country into the ground.

That same guy (Boris Shikhmuradov ) also ended up on Niyazov’s bad side but unlike Avdy Kuliyev, Boris was captured and has been languishing In a Turkmen prison for almost 30 years now

Pretty sure that guy being interviewed(on 6:13 and other parts of the video) is the same one who was jailed in the early 2000's for an alleged attempt on Niyazov's life. Can't remember his name but yeah.

Yes, I am sure every single person watching has seen both this and the other one/some other media coverage on it and instantly made the connection between the two.

yeah, i love central asian countries, but they become runied by its leadership, in my opinion, russia had to have more influence in that country and this countries should have kind of central asian spring like the arab one and become democratic countries,

So, did those arab countries become democratic? You commented 7 years before, now it is 2019. Look at those arab counties. All are wasted.
