The Mustang Survival liner (Kazan) is great! Glad to see you like it as well. It's like wearing really comfortable pajamas on the water. I even wear it under my fishing waders, skiing, and whenever I am out in cold weather for extended periods.
Good info on gear and thanks for the links. Do you ever plan for the chance that if you fall in, you’re going to just get back on board and head for the ramp? Or do you feel like in any of these conditions you’d be able to climb out and continue fishing the rest of the day as long as you have the dry suit on.
This isn’t a video related question, sorry, but could you recommend a kok reel that is semi affordable , has a usable drag, I have okumas and the drag is pointless, counter, and feels good! I know you have done a video on this already…… but I couldn’t find it! Lol Please feel free to send me the link and I will post it on my fb/instagram
I have the opportunity to get the abu garcia Max dlc for 108 Canadian….. seems like a great deal and for a good reel! Did you get some more time to try it out? Is the drag ok? My biggest concern is that honestly. My aveon okuma has heavy drag and I’ve lost many big koks on it. Had to learn to free spool with my thumb…. Lol.

What about gloves? My fingers go numb at 40 no matter how warm the rest of my body is. I've tried all kinds
Thanks for this video, a,well rounded and thorough discussion. Excellent content.
Great Vid. Thanks for the links as well.
Thanks for this, very informative. Have you already made a video like this for your ice fishing layers?
I have not. Ice fishing is a bit different due to the more extreme conditions and sedentary nature of the sport. I'll see if I can put one together.
Have you ever used a wetsuit as your immersion safety gear? The NRS Farmer John 3mm seems to be common with the offshore cold water kayakers.
No I prefer the comfort of dry suits and not having to wet myself

The two times I’ve fell out of my kayak I just got back in and kept fishing
It's crazy how much weight you've lost. Good on ya👊👊
Thank you 💪
Great info, I was worried for a minute that UA-cam would de-monetize this video for explicit photos ! 😂🤣😅
LOL!
I was curious as to what brand of net you use and where I could find it?
