I just bought one of these myself and set it up today. I'd also like to jump in and agree with the other commenters that this and your demo video have been incredibly useful! I found the part showing how to adjust the height to be especially helpful - gotta lift the mower up a bit when you adjust it. In any case, I enjoyed my first time using it and thought it did a great job. Seems worth it so far. Thanks for these videos!

I cut my grass yesterday finished up today it did a great job your wife will love it..I t lasted a little over hour I have a big yard. But being a lady I can't handle the gas mower
Just got this for $100 at lowes Abington. No box, manual, battery or charger. That is all I am missing & I have the key which I didn't know is important now lol. Anyway I ended up buying the double pack 4.0 amp battery & will test it out tomorrow to see if it works. It seems its brand new because it hasn't been used since the blade /under neat is all new. The only thing I am worried about is it was out in the rain at lowes so tonight I am drying up the battery part area & will use a hair blower to dry the metal pins. Pray it works lol.
Late to the party, but Craftsman has 4.0 fast Chargers now. They come in the starter packs with the 4ah batteries, and the Dual Charger is 4.0 as well.
It takes the 20 volt lithium ion Craftsman batteries and yes the large 9 amps work no problem just a little taller than the 5 amp batteries that come with it. The five amp batteries that come with this unit last a good 45 minutes to 55 minutes depending on the grass. With the 9 amp batteries I'm pretty sure that you could get at least 90 minutes to 100 minutes of working time.
You should have a warranty for the mower. Follow up with Craftsman for a replacement. If they cannot replace the bag they may send or issue a replacement mower.
Not sure yet of yet to actually attach it to the mower we usually mulch or side shoot for the clippings give the yard nutrients. I can try it and I will let you know.

Yes this mower is pretty surprising says 50 minutes for the 5 amp batteries I mowed for over 40 minutes check the batteries only one bar down.

Weed Wacker is not brushless. I thought it was brushless as Lowes sales man told me it was.

I just bought one but did not come with the batteries or chargers so I had to return it back to Lowe’s to get another one 🙄
That's weird. employees must have put a return back on the shelf and someone kept the batteries.
@@stower82, not this time it was in a sealed box from craftsman I think someone at the factory forgot to put the battery and chargers in the box.
