    My original owner 1985 Olds Cutlass Supreme Brougham white with dark blue interior is still running. I bought it new in Orlando, Florida as my dependable transportation college car. I still drive it and now live just 60 miles from where I purchased it. Mine came with the landau top, Buick 3.8 and the metric TH200 with locking torque converter transmission. @ClassicGBodyGarage expensive new? 10 bucks for a 3l jug is expensive? What about all the oil, coolant, contaminants in that used stuff?

    • @ClassicGBodyGarage
      @ClassicGBodyGarage  5 місяців тому

      Thats cool, go ahead and buy yours new but some prefer used and it sells well there which is why they sell it. They also filter out any debris. Besides, a little oil in coolant isn't going to harm anything

      @ClassicGBodyGarage that's wild. Trans fluid? Okay that's expensive. But coolant? I'm not making fun or disrespecting to save a buck, I have a junkyard truck motor In my car hacked together. I just genuinely didn't know used Coolant was a think

    Pull a part is not supposed to let outside people work on cars in their yard

      This is true and we didn't. We brought the car to a friend's shop to work on it and also pulled parts off the Monte in the yard just like anyone else does.

    That's an 85 not an 86! 86 had a third brake light in rear window

      You are correct on 85 vs 86 and the brake light but the light was missing. I added it back from the Monte.
