Imagine if it were only feline herpes and not FIP, and the vet had conviced you to put him to sleep. I'm so thankful that pip ended up with YOU so you could exhaust all options before deciding what's best for him. He's a lucky little fella
I know right that vet was telling her to put him to sleep that same day. Glad she did not listen, doctors are not always right and most importantly a lot of people prayed for Stacy and the kitties and God answered the prayers.
My cat, Cleo, we put her down for seizures January 26th, before we put her down my parents didn't even ask if we could find out why the seizures were happening, it was devastating and i still wonder if we somehow could have saved her. I didn't have a choice though. If it was my choice I would have exhausted myself finding out if i could save her and why she was having the seizures.
You are truly a kind and loving soul. Pip was blessed the day you became his pseudo-cat momma. Not everyone would have the financial means to go the lengths you have with him. But even more so, not everyone would have the intuition you've had. Most people would receive the diagnosis from the vet, and that's that. Which there isn't anything wrong with. That's why we go to doctors to begin with. For whatever reason, that didn't sit well with you though. You've been persistent as his healthcare advocate, going above and beyond. Any fur baby would be lucky to call you their momma. Thank you from one pet lover to abother for being so great. 💖🐱🐈🐾🐾

I use to use the same eye ointment on one of my cats... My Sister and I shared and apartment and she had a cat and had recently gotten a kitten as a companion for it. The kitten was always climbing all over me and rarely left my side, so my Sister said she was mine now. A friend of ours had a living-room chair that they had been keeping outside for a few days, because they didn't have anywhere they could store it before they gave it to us. My kitten (who we named Gracie) got really sick; she was sleeping more, had a lot of discharge form her eyes, was almost always sneezing and had a lot of trouble breathing. The Vet said that she had *FeLV* (Feline Leukemia Virus) and that she was dying and it would be best if we put her to sleep. We didn't want to give up on her and asked for antibiotics and medication to clear up her eyes, while the tests were being done. The Vet pretty much said the ointment and antibiotics wouldn't work, but still we tried. We went through three different antibiotics and none of them worked, she just kept getting more sick. Finally the Vet said that the tests were coming back negative, but that she was so sick that if the fourth and final antibiotic didn't work, she would probably die. Thankfully it worked, her eyes cleared up and she no longer sneezed or had breathing problems. We had a couple more tests done and it turns out she was just extremely allergic to grass (just like me) and the grass clippings on the bottom of the chair almost killed her. From then on we just had to be careful not to track in leaves or grass form outside and she was fine. I wanted to mention this before, but was too nervous to... I have high anxiety when talking to people I can't see; like when texting, sending emails, comments online, writing a letter or even talking on a phone. Because of this, I was too afraid to say anything when Pip was at his worst and had only just calmed enough to say something now... I don't know what will happen to Pip, but I understand what you're going through and wanted you too know that you are in my prayers. A great book idea could be called The Misadventures of Pipsqueak the Cat... you could make up so many different cute and fun adventures (or misadventures) for pip to go on! I can see him as one to attract trouble/mischief.

Stacy, the eye stuff coming out may not be a sign of FIP. My cats will get it a lot ,but the vets test them and they are completely healthy. My cat recently got his eye cut out surgically and it comes from his sewed eye and its normal. It may just be that Pip is trying to get the germs out of his eyes! #prayforPip

I had a cat that I got from a shelter and was told he was 4 years old. They said he was dropped off but didn't give me a reason. He was sick, wasn't eating well and going to the bathroom like he should. Took him to the vet multiple times, stoped taking him to one after an emergency visit where they said he was ungroomed for a cat. We came to find he was closer to 10 and had kidney failure and had to put him down. This was in a six month span. I'm glad he had us those 6 months so he atleast knew he was loved and had a home. He was my best friend, he would sleep with me in my bed ever right and would wait for me on my bed and be there when I came home from school. He would lay on my legs and just sleep with me for hours. I miss him like crazy every day but we have another cat now and he's so sweet and we know for sure how old he is because we brought him in from outside. We weren't going to but October of 2016 we had him in the house and tried taking him back and he wouldn't go. When my dad came home from work that night he snuck in so from then on he's been my little baby. He hasn't replaced my first cat and no one will but I love him to pieces.
I had a dog named Cooper, and he was a Golden Retriever. A few months ago he had this weird kinda cough. He had that for about a week or so, and we then finally went to the vet. Turns out, he had cancer. When we found out about it it had already spread to his lungs, and it was certain he was going to die. With Golden’s, it’s common for Golden’s to get cancer, and so it wasn’t too surprising. I was so sad and was hoping he was going to get better, but sadly he didn't, and he had a lot of trouble breathing. We held on to hope though, and we kept trying to make him better. We gave him medicine, and took x-rays. But it wasn’t working.. He made it through Christmas, and made it through New Years, but January 1 he was at his worst.. We didn't want him to suffer, and since he was having so much trouble breathing, so we had to put him down 😔. We took him to the vet January second first thing in the morning. I know its not like a cat, but I just wanted to share this story of my animal. Pip is a strong kitten! Whatever he has he will fight it. I don’t want what happened to my dog to happen to your cat (with a different disease,) so I really Wish you good luck with Pip 💞, and I am praying that he'll be alright! Love you Stacy ♥️ - Katherine

As soon as you mentioned in previous videos that Pip had sneezing fits I immediately thought about feline herpes. My friends cat was diagnosed with it and she has insane sneezing fits all the time (although I believe she is medicated now) as well as eye gunk and snot. She’s close to 15 years old I believe. Fingers crossed for Pip!
My kitty died from a disease that gave her a swollen belly that she probably had for years, but then it only started to show when she was older. She didn't die because of the disease, but we didn't want her to suffer, so we put her down. I was so scared little Pippy had the same thing, and I'm so glad he is getting better! Praying for you Stacy! I love your little animal family! You deserve so much happiness after all the hurt you have been through. Some day, I hope we get to meet, and we can just talk about pets together! :D Praying for your happiness!

Hi Stacy. I understand where you are coming from. If you read this, just know that I'm going through a similar situation. My dog Baxter has cancer. And there is no cure. I grew up with this dog, and he is my best friend. He could live another year, or another day. At this point, it's a waiting game. But we love to watch your videos together! Bret Valdez yeah it will make her smile and maybe cry it he dies I know it is part of life but it is a sad part of life and there is good memories but if he does die there will be sad memories too. I'm not saying that it would be awful to see it again but it may bring back sad memories if he does die (I really really hopes he gets better and I don't want him to die by the way)
I asked my mom, who is a vet, and she said the symptoms don't match with fip. I hope she is right. Hopefully Pip feels better soon. I give you my best wishes. I know how hard it is to lose a pet, especially one so young. I lost a 6 month puppy that we were fostering from my mom's work and she was really sick. She ended up having to be put down. I really don't want that to have to happen to you. You are such a good pet owner and you don't deserve this. I hope he is better.

Pip is so unbelievably lucky to have you in this life, we will get through this, I have such a strong feeling that lil will be fine, also, and please read this, the vet said that the blood test is only 13% right, and usually with tests of it has a low accuracy, it is more sensitive if pip had a trace of fip, meaning if pip had fip, the test would say that he had fip, because of how sensitive it would be if there was a chance that he had fip, it would have pointed it out, I'm gonna give an example, that doesn't relate to cats at all, but a pregnancy test for example, they are not always accurate, but if the test even has a quick little bunch of pregnancy, it would jump right in that hunch and immediatly say "Ope, you are pregnant", So i Belive it is The same senario for this test, if the test thought for even a Second, that pip had fip, It would immediatly Jump into conclusion, ANd Say That pip Had Fip, That Is what came to Mind when I Saw The Video of Pips Test Results, so I Personally Strongly Belive (and Hope) THat Pip Will Be Okay, please THhink About This A Little bit stacy At Least, ANd im Hoping You Will Love This Comment For THe Point From One smart Brain To Another, That I Have Made, thank You, And Go Rescue A Pet!!!!

I had a cat that I got from a shelter and was told he was 4 years old. They said he was dropped off but didn't give me a reason. He was sick, wasn't eating well and going to the bathroom like he should. Took him to the vet multiple times, stoped taking him to one after an emergency visit where they said he was ungroomed for a cat. We came to find he was closer to 10 and had kidney failure and had to put him down. This was in a six month span. I'm glad he had us those 6 months so he atleast knew he was loved and had a home. He was my best friend, he would sleep with me in my bed ever right and would wait for me on my bed and be there when I came home from school. He would lay on my legs and just sleep with me for hours. I miss him like crazy every day but we have another cat now and he's so sweet and we know for sure how old he is because we brought him in from outside. We weren't going to but October of 2016 we had him in the house and tried taking him back and he wouldn't go. When my dad came home from work that night he snuck in so from then on he's been my little baby. He hasn't replaced my first cat and no one will but I love him to pieces.

I had a dog named Cooper, and he was a Golden Retriever. A few months ago he had this weird kinda cough. He had that for about a week or so, and we then finally went to the vet. Turns out, he had cancer. When we found out about it it had already spread to his lungs, and it was certain he was going to die. With Golden’s, it’s common for Golden’s to get cancer, and so it wasn’t too surprising.
I was so sad and was hoping he was going to get better, but sadly he didn't, and he had a lot of trouble breathing. We held on to hope though, and we kept trying to make him better. We gave him medicine, and took x-rays. But it wasn’t working.. He made it through Christmas, and made it through New Years, but January 1 he was at his worst.. We didn't want him to suffer, and since he was having so much trouble breathing, so we had to put him down 😔. We took him to the vet January second first thing in the morning.
I know its not like a cat, but I just wanted to share this story of my animal. Pip is a strong kitten! Whatever he has he will fight it. I don’t want what happened to my dog to happen to your cat (with a different disease,) so I really Wish you good luck with Pip 💞, and I am praying that he'll be alright! Love you Stacy ♥️

I can’t stress this enough, but I’m so happy Pip fell into your arms. You are willing to keep putting your time and money into this little guy. I feel like anyone else would have given up hope. Pip is such a lucky cat and I know he can get through this. Stay strong 💕
As soon as you mentioned in previous videos that Pip had sneezing fits I immediately thought about feline herpes. My friends cat was diagnosed with it and she has insane sneezing fits all the time (although I believe she is medicated now) as well as eye gunk and snot. She’s close to 15 years old I believe. Fingers crossed for Pip!
My kitty died from a disease that gave her a swollen belly that she probably had for years, but then it only started to show when she was older. She didn't die because of the disease, but we didn't want her to suffer, so we put her down. I was so scared little Pippy had the same thing, and I'm so glad he is getting better! Praying for you Stacy! I love your little animal family! You deserve so much happiness after all the hurt you have been through. Some day, I hope we get to meet, and we can just talk about pets together! :D Praying for your happiness!

Hi Stacy. I understand where you are coming from. If you read this, just know that I'm going through a similar situation. My dog Baxter has cancer. And there is no cure. I grew up with this dog, and he is my best friend. He could live another year, or another day. At this point, it's a waiting game. But we love to watch your videos together! His favorite series is bookcraft and The far lands! He always gets excited when he hears your voice! ❤️ You really help me. Love ya Stacy! please know that I am always here for you. I'm not saying that it would be awful to see it again but it may bring back sad memories if he does die (I really really hopes he gets better and I don't want him to die by the way)

I asked my mom, who is a vet, and she said the symptoms don't match with fip. I hope she is right. Hopefully Pip feels better soon. I give you my best wishes. I know how hard it is to lose a pet, especially one so young. I lost a 6 month puppy that we were fostering from my mom's work and she was really sick. She ended up having to be put down. I really don't want that to have to happen to you. You are such a good pet owner and you don't deserve this. I hope he is better.
Also, my dad, the other vet, thinks symptoms match with feline herpes. Swollen belly with high proteins still means fip to my parents. Hope this helped. Feel better Pip!!!

Pip is so unbelievably lucky to have you in this life, we will get through this, I have such a strong feeling that lil will be fine, also, and please read this, the vet said that the blood test is only 13% right, and usually with tests of it has a low accuracy, it is more sensitive if pip had a trace of fip, meaning if pip had fip, the test would say that he had fip, because of how sensitive it would be if there was a chance that he had fip, it would have pointed it out, I'm gonna give an example, that doesn't relate to cats at all, but a pregnancy test for example, they are not always accurate, but if the test even has a quick little bunch of pregnancy, it would jump right in that hunch and immediatly say "Ope, you are pregnant", So i Belive it is The same senario for this test, if the test thought for even a Second, that pip had fip, It would immediatly Jump into conclusion, ANd Say That pip Had Fip, That Is what came to Mind when I Saw The Video of Pips Test Results, so I Personally Strongly Belive (and Hope) THat Pip Will Be Okay, please THhink About This A Little bit stacy At Least, ANd im Hoping You Will Love This Comment For THe Point From One smart Brain To Another, That I Have Made, thank You, And Go Rescue A Pet!!!!

I really hope you’re right about feline herpes. Honestly it sounds to me like you’re more accurate than the vets because sadly sometimes vets just do this for your money because you care so so much for Pip. He was extremely lucky because I know that many people would have just put him down. This world needs more people like you
