Nikon ended support for these cameras too soon. The special application for the 360/170 is useless, connected to phone once then stopped, if they all had the same application less problems?
I lost my gopro session while snorkelling, I'm looking for an alternative but it seems gopro can't be beat, as for 360 degree vids, I think they are horrible and unnatural to look at.
Hi Donald. Audio quality is about the same as any built-in camera mic. In a pinch its ok, although I generally wouldn't recommend using it for any higher-end production applications. Thanks
I made the mistake of buying the KeyMission 360.. DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA. The camera software sucks. I waited too long to return it and now Im stuck with it. It makes an ugly paper weight.
No issues with the software here at all, and we have used a lot of Video from this camera for a lot of promotional work as well as videos from the Ricoh and the 360fly and we've never had any issues with the 360 video software at all
Hi! Has the software been updated and for the better? I was thinking of getting the 360 and stumbled upon your comment. As far as i can tell this is the cheapest 360 camera around at the moment so i kinda hoped it'd be good enough, and to see if Nikon is pushing updates is ofc relevant to know. I'd really appreciate to hear from you and find out if your opinion still stands! :)

According Yuhki (see here above 3yrs ago) this gentleman is Japanese, it is not N-eye-con but how the reviewer pronounced it.
