@braceyourselfchannel I live in New Zealand which in comparison is very small. I can't think of anywhere that people go to like Buc-ees. The majority of our supermarkets are smaller than Buc-ees although last year we got our first Costco. I haven't gone yet as I live on the opposite side of the city. I think it's more that individual families have traditional places they visit. For example we would go down to visit our grandparents in a popular beach town and on the way down and back we would stop to get an ice cream at a place called the castle. It was a very small building that had ice cream and other snack items.
Thank you so much! I think the key here is to show up at the crack of dawn or in the middle of the night if you’re looking to avoid the crowds 😆 Unless you’re heading to the Sevierville Bucees, then I don’t think it’ll make a difference, it’s a madhouse at all hours!

Buc-ees food is good. Buc-ees headquarters in just south of Houston ,Texas in Lake Jackson,Texas. Hello guys. Congratulations on the video, I m still going to visit this place. Question: Are there places to eat inside? Like tables or food area? Why were you eating outside on top of a dumpster ? Greeting from Phoenix Arizona
@@gustavomendes7525 thank you so much for watching, we really appreciate you! Unfortunately, the Bucees that we went to does not have anywhere to sit and eat, no tables inside or out, so you either have to eat in your car, sitting in the grass, or on top of a deer feeder like us lol. It’s the thing we dislike the most about Bucees, but I guess it’s the thing that keeps people from hanging out for hours at a time
Too bad they don’t just run hourly tour busses to Bucees! Like the happiest city bus on earth! Too your door service! Thanks for watching and commenting!
I wish we had a Buc-ees in Michigan, but my husband and I are taking the grandkids to Gatlinburg next month and I’m definitely stopping in Athens, Alabama to get my Buc-ees on 😂😂😂

I'm not sure if its a regional thing or something that you can get at any Buc-ee's, but it's definitely something they should consider! If you can pick up a cup full at a run down gas station in the sticks, you should be able to get them there too!
I love Buc-ee's but can't understand why they sell sum great food but they don't have tables/chairs set up so people have a place to eat/drink. I would think that would increase their bottom line because some people will like something and if they're eating there they would go back to buy some more, whereas if they've already driven off they more than likely won't turn around and go back to get more.
I would definitely agree. I honestly think the only reason they don’t have tables is because it’s always so crowded and they figure they want people to grab and go instead of sticking around for an hour and clogging up the parking lot. Definitely feels like there should be a happy median though
@@alicegregory4152 that’s an interesting point, I never would’ve thought of that. Even if they were to put picnic tables outside do you think that would push them into restaurant territory?
@@braceyourselfchannelI work for Bucees in Denton Texas and yes, it would put them in restaurant territory because the people are buying their food and we would have to clean up after them etc.
@@alicegregory4152 thanks so much for that information. You’re pretty much a celebrity in our books for working for the Bucees empire! We have so many questions lol
I would say that’s the weirdest thing about that place, they have tons of them for sale outside. Seems very out of place with everything else they sell there
We just did a 4000 mile road trip from Rhode island to Texas a few months ago and got to see buc EE's for the first time in Tennessee it was awesome we posted a video on our food review channel we enjoyed it
Man they got the best BBQ Brisket sandwich I ever tasted in my life!!! I sure wish they would put in a Buck-eys in Mustang Oklahoma. That's for sure. ❤❤❤❤
For as easy as it is to get, the size, the price, I absolutely love their brisket! I’ve been to TONS of BBQ joints (outside of Texas) and have only had what I would consider to be good brisket a very few times, so the fact that they are so consistent is surprising. Hopefully you’ll get your wish and one will open close to you! Thanks for checking us out!
If there were picnic tables provided there at Buc-ees, count on some people leaving their trash behind there, expecting that someone is going to come there to those tables to clean up after them. Those are people with no respect at all for anything or anyone else. If wind came around the location, the trash would be blown away from the location. I guess if you are very vain about eating in your car and making a mess, then YES you really would have a problem with this place. Even if trash cans are provided around the picnic tables, people would still leave their trash on and around the tables, still thinking that someone is going to come around and clean up or pick up after them.
Only thing I don't like about their breakfast. The scrambled eggs are the consistency of runny oatmeal. The fruit Kolaches look better than they taste. My experience is based on our Springfield Buc-ees.
We definitely agree with you on both of those points, the eggs leave something to be desired, but I guess aren't really any worse than any other fast food scrambled eggs that we've found. And the Kolaches look amazing, but are just "meh," which is very disappointing. Overall, their selection and quality is great, but not everything is a home run.
Ive never seen a gas station that I would get all warm and fuzzy over.....hell usually i use Walmart, sams or Kroger for my gas.....a gimmicky gas station isnt my cup of tea.
That makes sense, we know people who stop at every Bucees they see, and others who have been and sworn that they’d never go back. To each their own, we love it, but hold no hate for anyone who doesn’t think it’s heaven on Earth 🤪
I’m sure that they have premade hot chocolate, but I honestly can’t remember ever seeing tea. I do think that they have a hot water dispenser, so there are probably tea bags around somewhere, but I never remember seeing pre-brewed tea

It’s the thing we dislike the most about Bucees, but I guess it’s the thing that keeps people from hanging out for hours at a time
@@braceyourselfchannel Thanks for the explantion , your guys are AWSOME !!!!!!!!!! Good Luck at channel
I agree need somewhere to eat I always hate eating in car.
The BBQ is phenomenal there!! It’s a good company!!
I love me some Buckees here in Leeds, AL. Whenever, I can get someone to take this Seasoned Disable Woman. Yummyyyyy......
Too bad they don’t just run hourly tour busses to Bucees! Like the happiest city bus on earth! Too your door service! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Where to even start
I've never been in a Buc-ees. It's huge!
Great video and good job creating the video. Perfect quality! Thank you 🙏
Thanks for sharing. Wish we it here up here in Buffalo, ny.
If nothing else Bucees gives us northerners a reason to head down south! Thanks for watching and commenting!
The cream cheese kolachrs are delish!!!! I love Buc-ees!!! We don't have any in oklahoma so have to go to the Dallas area.
At least it’s not toooooooo far from you. LOVE the screen name, Brent is a die hard Cubs fan as well, he bleeds Cubbie blue!
Used to live in texas, I miss bucees sooooooo much, they have the best jerky
I can’t imagine having one within reach and having to let it go 😂. We definitely agree with you, the jerky is AMAZING
You know the food is good when it makes you dance
How do you think we keep our girlish figures? All that dancing 🤣
Reminds me of a cartoon character. His name was Yes Man.
I wish we had a Buc-ees in Michigan, but my husband and I are taking the grandkids to Gatlinburg next month and I’m definitely stopping in Athens, Alabama to get my Buc-ees on 😂😂😂
We need a Bucees in every state! The one in Gatlinburg is HUGE and always packed, but it’s definitely worth a stop as the official start to your vacation! We haven’t been to the Athens location yet but you can never go wrong! Thanks so much for watching, we appreciate you!
they don't sell boiled peanuts at my local Buc-ees
I'm not sure if its a regional thing or something that you can get at any Buc-ee's, but it's definitely something they should consider! If you can pick up a cup full at a run down gas station in the sticks, you should be able to get them there too!
You know you’re in the sticks when the gas station is bigger than Walmart and has deer feeders. I lived in WV over 20 yrs and saw not one deer feeder.
Man we need BUC-EES in South Florida
Get ready to go broke if they open in your area 😂
I love Buc-ee's but can't understand why they sell sum great food but they don't have tables/chairs set up so people have a place to eat/drink. I would think that would increase their bottom line because some people will like something and if they're eating there they would go back to buy some more, whereas if they've already driven off they more than likely won't turn around and go back to get more.
I would definitely agree. I honestly think the only reason they don’t have tables is because it’s always so crowded and they figure they want people to grab and go instead of sticking around for an hour and clogging up the parking lot. Definitely feels like there should be a happy median though
They don't want to pay restaurant fees.
That was an anemic and poorly stocked coffee creamer section. Unacceptable for a Buc-ees, esp. with such little traffic.
I think that video was filmed at the tail end of COVID so they hadn’t gotten a lot of their creamers back, but yeah, it was a little disappointing
@@braceyourselfchannel That makes sense. Not to mention that I'm late to the party
I gotta take a road trip to one of these
horse power with extra bucks for the king
ive never seen one, wish i could be there. love from Florida.
great review the food looked great ,thankyou
Thank you so much! We appreciate you taking the time to watch!
I have never been to buc ees and i gotta now
Why do they have deer feeders there? Are they for sale?
I would say that’s the weirdest thing about that place, they have tons of them for sale outside. Seems very out of place with everything else they sell there
Yes to having picnic tables!!!!!!
A gas station that sales grills and smokers, yea my kind of gas station.
Hey quick question here what the hells a breakie ?
We just did a 4000 mile road trip from Rhode island to Texas a few months ago and got to see buc EE's for the first time in Tennessee it was awesome we posted a video on our food review channel we enjoyed it
That’s awesome, we’ll definitely check your video out! Glad it didn’t disappoint!
@@braceyourselfchannel thanks have a great day my friend
Man they got the best BBQ Brisket sandwich I ever tasted in my life!!! I sure wish they would put in a Buck-eys in Mustang Oklahoma. That's for sure. ❤❤❤❤
For as easy as it is to get, the size, the price, I absolutely love their brisket! I’ve been to TONS of BBQ joints (outside of Texas) and have only had what I would consider to be good brisket a very few times, so the fact that they are so consistent is surprising. Hopefully you’ll get your wish and one will open close to you! Thanks for checking us out!
I like to visit there sometime.
I would have gone for the fudge.
It was a little too early in the day for that kind of sugar rush, but rest assured we got some for the drive!
It's always time for an icee
I totally agree! Any time, day or night!
You do know Sevierville has a Buccee’s so stocking up is not really needed
Until we get moved down there permanently we are still 5 hours from the closest one, so we stock up like hibernating bears every chance we get!
Thanks for watching, nonetheless
The word Taco in southern texas Mean A burrito!
Lol, we appreciate that clarification!
People usually comment on Buc-ee's coffee, but do they have hot chocolate or teas?
I’m sure that they have premade hot chocolate, but I honestly can’t remember ever seeing tea. I do think that they have a hot water dispenser, so there are probably tea bags around somewhere, but I never remember seeing pre-brewed tea
@@braceyourselfchannel , ok. Thank you so much for your answer. I guess I'll have to eagerly wait until Sept 2 until our Murfreesboro Buc-ee's opens. 😊
I so have to go there thanks for Sh.Keep up the good work I wish I delivered actually lol
You absolutely have to get there sometime, put it on the list. Love it or hate it it’s definitely a sight to see!
It's too bad they don't have a place to sit down and eat, but what a clean place they have.
Absolutely. We’re not asking for a full restaurant full of seats, just a few picnic tables outside or even some standing tables strewn about, that’s all it would take! Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment, we appreciate you!
@@braceyourselfchannelWe have picnic tables in the far left corner in the grass.
this why they do that trucker stop driving at night 🚛🚚🚛🚚🚛🚚
I just learned something today bukee is a beaver not a squirrel.
LOL, I do like the idea of Bucee the Squirrel, has a nice ring to it!
Sounds delicious
Try the cinnamon rolls, diabetic coma for sure, so good.
Yummy love your channel in Birmingham, Alabama.
Thank you so much for watching! I (Brent) have spent quite a bit of time in Birmingham over the years, as soon as I cross the Alabama line I get excited for Vulcan!
Pearl Jam , yes!
Never heard of it before looks good just hope you washed or put something on your hands before you ate after touching those baskets in the grocery store :)
😂 Grace pretty much owns stock in Bath and Body Works hand sanitizer, so that’s ALWAYS the first thing that happens when we leave any store! Thanks for watching!
@@braceyourselfchannel Awesome. My first video on your channel, it popped up so I thought I would watch it. :)
@@SammieDee87 well I hope we at least earned one more view from you!
@@braceyourselfchannel Yes, yes, that was just me who subscribed :)
You guys missed out on the best breakfast burritos 🌯. The Hippo 🦛 and the Rhino 🦏. And if you are feeling strong 💪🏻, The Beast is a combination of the hippo & rhino.
We’ve been back several times since and have tried all of those burritos, and you aren’t wrong, they are excellent, but it definitely takes a strong stomach to start your day with a Beast LOL. Thanks so much for checking us out!
Riskit for the Beaver Biscuit
We had a brisket sandwich there when we stopped a few weeks ago. it was absolutely terrible. That whole place is just a joke. It’s a Walmart disguised as a tourist trap.
Sorry you feel that way. We’ve eaten there 10 times and aside from one or two things that didn’t blow us away, the quality has always been great.
@@braceyourselfchannel Yes....thanks!..we were really disappointed. The sandwiches were one large piece of grizzle...you could not even eat it!.. The bathrooms were nice!...not worth a trip just for a nice bathroom.
@johnnychipello919 you’re definitely right about that, the bathrooms are not worth the trip alone…. Although, with some of the roadside bathrooms we’ve visited, I might be persuaded to drive a few miles out of my way for peace of mind lol
People watch, better than Walmart?
It just depends on what you’re looking for. We haven’t seen the full-on “people under the stairs” at Bucees that you see at Walmart thus far. Everybody seems “fairly” normal out on the road lol
Too many decisions- wow
First time watchers. Enjoyed the video as we love Buc-ees. I don't think the extra snippets (I e. WHY NOT BOTH or Kim Kardashian) add anything to the videos and probably take a long time to add in. KUTGW 😁🇺🇸🏴
Thank you for the feedback, I do really appreciate it! Sometimes I find myself trying to copy some of the channels that I watch for inspiration and over complicate things. Thanks so much for watching and hopefully we didn't annoy you too much!
The cinnamon rolls are so delicious!
Cool video, but i hit the subscribe button for the Pearl Jam shirt
That’s what makes you a real one! I promise that won’t be the last PJ shirt you’ll see on our vids, EV is our love language lol 🤘🏻
