*1 tbsp milk powder (optional)
*2 tbsp sugar
*1/4 tsp vanilla essence
*Desiccated coconut as required
*1/4 cup whipping cream
*1 drop red food color (optional)

It is not Turkish delight. I think it is "Sultan Lokumu" :) It is a kind of Turkish dessert but a bit different.
