Yes, Ladiva is essentially "comboing" into the SPD. It takes 5 frames to recover from a Lariat guard crush, which means that if you have any move that is 5 frames or faster, she can combo afterwards. Her ultimate SPD is the only move that Ladiva has that is 5 frames.

Nothing, you need to either crouch the Lariat guard break or spot dodge the Ultimate Lariat, since that one actually hits crouching opponents 🐙

You can still guard cancel after your guard has been broken. Gotta be quick though.

what do you mean by ultimate speed?
SPD is the command grab. We use that term for moves that have the same input as Zangief's Piledriver cmd grab
