i love how we can hear your kiddos in the background. i feel like we tend to say “oh it’s too hard” when trying to do our sewing projects, and we try and wait until they’re in bed but of course we’re too tired by then etc etc. we just have to knuckle it out and have them join in when they can 💪🏻
My kids love to "sew. Sometimes they help me on the machine for easy projects like this. Other times they just like cutting up scraps of fabric and pinning them together in different ways. My toddler likes to put pins in the pin cushion. I agree, I can't always wait for bedtime or I'm too tired.
I love the double roll. My granddaughter will love it. I just hope I can make it as well as you have.

Thank you so much for the tutorial! It was the second project I have attempted and it went pretty good. It doesn't look perfect since I tried to get fancy with the top stitch (lesson learned) but I still love it and it works great!

this was great but I found the pockets to long ( for colored pencils -or markers ) going to try smaller pockets next time but this was so easy to fellow

I had to rewind after about one minute because I was looking around your room and got distracted by the “I” because I saw a dragonfly and I was like that starts with a “D” 🤔 and then I realized it was also an “I”nsect and now back to the video!
Save yourself some time. Do the pockets first. Then stack, sew and turn.
