Looks wonderful. Fried greens & cornbread. Omg!!!! I fry my collards, kale, & cabbage( I like a little crunch left to my greens😁). I usually use salt pork /fatback with fresh hot peppers❤️.
Will definitely be trying this recipe. Always wondered how they would taste fried. Plan on mixing them with cabbage.

I use to call these shinny greens when I was a kid. For the longest I couldn't understand why my greens didn't taste like my mom's (RIP) My aunt said cause you boil them and don't fry them. If you ever taste fried collards you will never go back to boiling them🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿💯
