Hiyas Jonathon, I so enjoy reading, it transports my imagination to so many cool places. Following social media is like eating candy, a quick blast of "interest or fascination" followed by a feeling of emptiness or depression. What a waste of precious time. I truly enjoy early mornings and evenings out on my deck in the summer. I too enjoy watching the bats circle and weave through the sky as they hunt for insects. We have a hummingbird feeder and I like to observe their behavior as well. So many better pursuits of interest than scrolling through a wasteland of doom and gloom. Please pet yer doggies for me, our Nellie say woof (hi). 😊 KPO✓ Gary
Well put, honest and genuine. I stopped watching the news for a month and when I started watching it again it was the same where I left it. War, famine, death, depression, recession. It all just gets recycled and repackaged each day.
Nice chat Blake! Dusk is a wonderful part of the day, as well as dawn. Yes, it’s good idea to give yourself a rest from all of the “noise” that social media creates. Take care, my friend!
Yeah, I’ve been trying to not do scrolling and getting rid of Reddit was a big part of that. Great getting hope you are doing. I hope to get back to doing some exercising with my knee healing. Happy smokes
I hear you about routines Blake. Congratulations on ditching Fb It’s a huge waste of time. One of the reasons why I’m really liking my new Harley is I can just get away from all the trash. Good to see you man take care of yourself
I put some Elizabethan for cellaring and will return to that in a couple of years - in between, i have some in the jar for ongoing smokes. Do you find it more mellow after 4 years? Yoga must be great and not that easy, but I don’t have so much flexibility (i stick to weight lifting). Enjoy there.

Less media consumption is a healthy goal. We all could probably follow suit.
