Dan encourages everyone to listen to NPDS, but has he ever listened to it? David speaks honestly about everything and has admitted his anxiety and mental health struggles for all to see and has come out the other side of his time as a team president admitting that he is not the same person now. Dan's allowing everyone to crap on him at every turn is really off-putting. Love the show, didn't love this segment

Nothing poor about Samson. He’s a cold hearted asshole and gets pleasure out of telling people they’re wrong. He’s no victim and Dan is dumb for hiring him.
This is the most the show has felt like the show in years. It was fun chaos, the Sampson vs Adnan contention is terrific; well done Chris Cote

Why does anyone take Adnan Virk's movie takes seriously. I'd rather listen to Samson talk about his personalized top movie list than listen to Adnan cosplay movie critic and repeat the same list over and over

I’ve looked at Samsun’s plenty of times to see what movie I should watch next. Am I going to watch all of them? No, but I respect his opinion.
He just listed Grand Canyon his 2nd best movie of all time.
Amin & Adnan don’t get the idea of a “favorite list”. Adnan expected the top 5 movies that EVERYBODY says like Samson pointed out
I think they understood perfectly, but when hypercritical Samson gave an answer they could ridicule. they used the opportunity to rip him like he does to them all the time. Samson acts like he’s the only one on the show qualified to review or critique movies.
Adnan came off as a huge a-hole here. I dislike Samson about as much as anybody else but, that was entirely unnecessary.

Dan on his own show, a week later: "I want to get Adnan and David together so I can have them debate about movies" (and will actively goad Adnan when he doesn't feel like Adnan's being mean enough to David, or twist the knife himself when he feels like it).
The Stugotz. Is strong in him.
Seriously though, Samson's list isn't great, and there's a lot to dislike about him generally, but he's talking about movies that are both good *and* touched him emotionally. I like Adnan, but to sit there and laugh in David's face while he's being vulnerable is a *terrible* look, and I honestly think he (and Dan) should apologize.

Apparently, Dan loves debate shows. Why else bring in Samson? I don't like where things are going. Samson pisses me off too sometimes but I'd try to work with him and try to respect his opinions. Was his list bad? I guess, but it's HIS list. He never said these movies were the best of all time. They're his faves. And none of these movies are in my top 5 but I like all of them and Lost in Translation is prob a top 10 for me. ME, my list! Anyways, start working with Samson or nix the deal. Also, where is Pablo? what is he doing for Meadonlark?
Entertaining segment…but also really weird. Samson is really good to everyone on the show, always helpful. But they bully him relentlessly, whether it’s a bit or not. What a weird situation. It may be best to just have them as separate entities after all. Chris said on the Greg Cote show a few weeks ago that Samson is always so kind and helpful, answers all questions etc. etc. And he creates a lot of content. I like the back and forth of fans vs. management too, but this was kind of off-putting even if it was fun.

We hate him because he stole hundreds of millions of south Florida taxpayer dollars and also stuck them with a 2 billion $ bond for the new stadium. Dude is a conman and a thief. He’s a POS criminal that deserves to be in prison.

This was stressful and I hate bullies. The show is great because you champion against them, and now you attack an a person who is an ally politically. Business can be tough like Foxworth said, but to hire someone just to air that no one likes him is pretty low crap for this show. You almost took shots at Mike this way. Just do it off air.

Lost in Translation has LONG been in my top 5. Not saying it should be a common top 5 pick, but the dismissiveness from Adnan was hilarious, lol. Adnan continues to have some of the weirdest movie takes of someone who loves movies I've ever heard, but I still love the guy. 😅 Also, David is the best hire in company history!

The amount of bullying this show has done to Samson since he was hired has been really off putting. Y’all don’t have to like him, but some of the rhetoric has been straight up mean. For a show that has mental health discussions I would expect better.

I swear this show thinks their audience is dumb. Dan, if all you hired Samson for was his business expertise to help grow Meadowlark then he wouldn’t have to be on air or an on air personality. I think the show doesn’t understand that us loyal listeners can smell their “bits” a mile away. If he’s really so hated, and i for one and a lot of the audience love him, then you wouldn’t have him on air. It’s tired. Also, it’s sad what they do to Ron Magill. It’s like they don’t actually listen to him when they have him on. How many times are you going to ask him what his favorite animals are? How many times are you going to ask him to make a football team with animals in the positions? It’s like you don’t pay attention to what he actually says because you keep reheating the same questions you’ve been asking for years.
