There is no onion in dodo-ikire, hence why its falling apart. Maybe u can consider blending the onion if u really like onion in urs. Thanks for the recipe, I will try it.
It’s supposed to fall apart. That’s why it’s dodo ikire. You have to keep mounding it together during the frying process. You’ll be pressing it with the spoon until it’s done
I can’t remember eating onions in my dodo ikire and also, it is always dry pepper. I will try this.

Not the best?Depends on what angle.For me I REDUCED the scattering in the oil and absorption of the oil. That's BEST by me.
