      It can stay up to a week if it's in a paste form. Like you will keep raw pap. When you're ready make the paste into the drink.

    There is no onion in dodo-ikire, hence why its falling apart. Maybe u can consider blending the onion if u really like onion in urs. Thanks for the recipe, I will try it.

      Thanks. You could put everything on the stove at once don't divide , When warm don't cover allow to cool before covering and refrigerate or freeze. If you're like me try not to touch with your hands . Hope these works.

    It’s supposed to fall apart. That’s why it’s dodo ikire. You have to keep mounding it together during the frying process. You’ll be pressing it with the spoon until it’s done

    Great! I have a little suggestion. You could mill the cloves into powder before adding to the other ingredients. This way, there will be no need to strain it. The fibre is very much needed in the drink. Thank you.

      Not the best?Depends on what angle.For me I REDUCED the scattering in the oil and absorption of the oil. That's BEST by me.

    Thank you very much for this. I noticed when I fry akara using bean powder, it gets cold quite fast. Is there a way to prolong the heat?

      Thanks for watching. Can't think of any way to prolong the heat. Not making a stiff paste and setting the paste aside before frying should help at least no HARD cold akara !

      Millet is 1 "Derica"( medium size can of tomato paste) Which is about 4 1/2 regular milk tins.
