Buyers BEWARE!!! with the BUILDERS. The location and Residents are absolutely beautiful. The happiness of moving in is short-lived due to our rain water drainage problem. Still hopeful that we will come to a resolution.
Thank you for sharing. Where is(are) the rainwater drainage issue(s) in the community? My clients passed on a few homes that showed standing water on or near the patios.
Hey, I'm replying to this comment again in hopes that you see it. I saw, and replied to, your other comment on my Madison vs Owens Cross Roads video. Just letting you know I didn't delete you comment, and I appreciate you sharing your experience. You firsthand experience is exactly what other buyers will want to see. Thank you for sharing.
@@CameronWalkerRealty We bought at The Retreat combination of Cottage and Townhomes. We bought one of the 7 Townhomes. Rain water has nowhere to go. They did not install a proper rainwater drainage.. So it just puddles in our backyards. We were advised; they will only fixed it if we can show them proof that water stays for 24 hours. So I posted a video of the little rain we got yesterday. Can you imagine a 3-4 inches of rain? Water will be in our living rooms. Maybe then they will have to fix the rain water drainage and fix the water damage too.
Yes, there are several depending on what size home and lot you are looking for. Here's a link to a short video with one of my favorites. I have had a few clients buy here, and the builder is opening a new phase soon. Feel free to reach out with any questions. ua-cam.com/users/shortsw_5CoYyi7jU?si=OnkU6ifXWqRol30Z

Hey Cameron! Glad to see a tour of this community with your comments. I toured it the day after we met with you 😂
It's a beautiful area. I'm glad you got to see it in person.

Are there any nice neighborhoods in or near Owen’s Cross Roads that are at around $400?
