Hi Johnny Stumbles! Thanks very much for doing a review - definitely agree with others AC is needed especially in the summer - the fan is not enough as it will just blow hot air around the room lol. I'd never heard of "fan death" so had to look it up - very strange myth. Having seen the other places you stayed at since you uploaded this video the Airbnb apartment looks a little basic, but if you're going to be there for a couple of days or so then this would be ideal for a short stay. Great to see the host provided some household stuff too. Good price for a short stay at a great location ☺

The shower looks crazy. Wonder who came up with that trend...
Most places in Asia have wet style bathrooms, meaning the whole room can get wet. So because of this older bathrooms don't even put a partition between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. More newer homes have a partition but are still wet bathrooms meaning you can spray water anywhere. Honestly these style of bathrooms are easier to clean and maintain
@@aruharu245 It's like that in many bathrooms in North America in the sense that you could splash water anywhere without it causing problems. Like in mine there's tile and all hard surfaces while the rest of the place has wood flooring. But you wouldn't get water outside the bathub/shower unintentionally. Unless you have a very strong A/C or dehumidifier, it seems like it would take too long to dry, make the air too damp, and maybe even lead to mildew...
