This is one of the greatest proformances of all time. No one comes close to the talent that is demonstrated in this short video. He is the world's greatest guitarplayer singer/songwriters that there will ever be! The Beatles, Led Zep, Nirvana, Stones are but a distant second. John is number-one!!!!

Haha sad. He's an amazing artist sober and was before he got fucked up. If you like this of him you don't know true talent and are making this part of him grandiose this was his lowest of the low. He is better than this. Thankful he got out of it. He wouldn't be here today if he didn't.

Are we, just came from a red pencil
    Feelings a sliding wheel, ooh....
    See, look at me now

It's really good indeed ! Everything on there's amazing, including the untitled ones. Untitled #2 & #3 blow me away ! I suggest you consider buying "smile from the streets you hold" too. It's recorded during the same period & in the same kind of dark/morbid atmosphere, but it really adds something to the song. SFTSYH 's really hard to find though !
    Cheers, Gaël ;)

this is the only frusciante music worth listening to. ever since he left the point of being artistically aware he lost everything that made his music interesting or creative. now hes just another catchy songwriter. but it doesn't matter much to me, i'm eternally grateful for the music he managed to make in this time. i guess he's lucky, for surviving such an amazing artistic surge, many of those who even frusciante looks up too died before they reached their peak.

creativity isnt a thing that waits in your body to pop out. some people get creative when they listen to music, listen to the sound of the sea and some get creative while on drugs. ofcourse you need to practise as well, you dont just learn to play an instrument just over night and sure you can be creative without drugs as well.
