@@kishascape Never played Holdfast: but judging by the title they're 'administrators' of the server and basically run it for the people playing in it. So they are likely dictating the rules that players are to follow least' the rule-breaker get kicked.
And in some cases they provide running commentary on the match while they're watching it.
