Guys come on Nick Walker has a terrible looking physique… mass monster sure but it’s so unpleasant to the eye … it’s the definition of what’s wrong with todays BB … a physique like his should not be placing like he does…. And he definitely doesn’t compare to the 90s … late 80s to mid 2000s. The legendary years of BB…. Great show as always boys! And It was cool to hear you call out Silvio it was awkward listening to that podcast knowing there was a bunch of BS that got brushed under the rug on that episode…

I agree that Nick isn’t “aesthetic”. However, the 3 main variables in bodybuilding is Mass, Symmetry, and Conditioning. Nick Walker, has Mass and Conditioning in spades. He usually places exactly where he should. The dude is a great competitor.

For sure Shawn Ray has a difficult character and created lots of conflict. But he is a true legend and probably the most underrated bodybuilder ever. I would love to see him here and maybe work out the issues!

Guy has been going around telling the whole world how he "was" going to punch out Shawn Ray. That's like me saying I was about to knock out Mike Tyson but someone held me back. You see how silly you sound trying to pretend your a tough guy
I truly believe these shows have less good guys due to social media. These guys are seeing who is competing at these shows online and then the media channels talk up a few guys and the others guys feel like they have no chance to do well and don’t compete. Back in day nobody new who was coming to the show or truly how they looked. Just opinion.
Some men have zero integrity.
If you look at MANY different professions you will find that you are required to do something, such as CEU's, or periodic exams/qualifications to maintain your professional status. I think the IFBB should start to require IFBB Pros to compete at least once every 2-3 years in order to maintain their status. IF not you are NO LONGER A PRO, and need to requalify(barring some major exceptions.) Start pulling back on the pro cards offered at the same time. WAY TOO MANY people now view the pro card as the finish line so make that finish line a little harder to cross. We don't have to go back to the next to impossible attainment status of the 90's but CLEARLY the plethora of cards is not working. Also the "new" expansion divisions CLEARLY have enough competitors that we can stop awarding to people not even winning their class, let alone an overall.
The name of the German bodybuilder you where looking for is FRANK HILLEBRAND. He sadly died at the age of 45.
Come on guys you guys have been around long enough to know you don't bring up a body part that you never had. Milo's trying to cheat Mother Nature by shooting oil in his biceps and ruined them. Lee Haney always had a good back. Samson's back is always going to be not quite as wide as the top guys but his front shot is is more aesthetic than some top guys. Brandon Curry actually has one of the nicest physiques up there. If he gets back in shape he could upset the apple cart but his legs will never match Derek and Hadi detail.

Is primarily driven through social media and the way the fickle fans are the guys are scared of not winning or finishing top 3 as they don’t want to damage their revenue but looking like a failure.

Change currently so think a lot of guys are trying to bring their best as last years Olympics was a vastly improved quality
In UK you still have to win the overall to get a pro card - in US they are given out for class wins at the bigger shows.

Not everything is about muscle, I wouldn't jump into fasting and detox diets. I would encourage people to look at it. You got to detox and build up to fasting for longevity. Your body does amazing things in this realm DNA repair, cancer cell and tumour reduction/elimination, heavy metal detox, excess estrogen detox so much more. You have to build up to an extended fast. Celtic salt will keep your minerals up and are crucial. The body is made to fast it does all it's best work. Fun fact testosterone drops during a 5 day fast and can double it's baseline once refeeding. You need some toxin binding supplements to stop your toxins recycling back through your liver. You need these toxins to be bonded into water soluble forms then they'll be exited through your lymphatic system. This isn't enough info to try it, it's an encouragement to start looking. These bodybuilders look great on the outside but they're organs need help too.
😊 I love the science of hypertrophy mix it with smart fasting, long fasts 3 days or more are only necessary a couple of times a year. Then look at intermittent fasting, bone broth fasts, keto is amazing to at cleaning the liver out. It's the sugar and carbs that are really doing the damage. The body needs to learn how to run of ketones for periods in the year. I'm not saying don't build muscle I'm just saying fasting is really powerful at upgrading the body's machinery. .

Dorian Yates said before he was initiated to use testosterone in the jail and came to your Podcast and Lie3d sayind that he started some weeks before his first competition and you didn't treat him Like Silvio Samuel. Dorian is as liar as Samuel. So two weights, two measures? Think about it. Even he was lying to you, he was your guest, you shouldn't treat him like this. People can judge him by what they see and hear from your intervew with him. Everyone knows samson’s back double biceps is his weakest shot until now, there should be no discussion about it, but calling it flat as a pancake was not a good deed, coz nick got beat with that “pancake” of a back.. Here is a statement- Nick is one of the best bodybuilders around, no questions about it..but from now on, he will never be able to beat Samson, Hunter and maybe Andrew if he brought his fullness back with the same conditioning as arnold. Just My Opinion..!!
