That was a great scrap run Mike, and a great price at $260/ton, I also just did the other day, a long long overdue steel run, I managed to pick up some HMS car parts. So I had 282 Kg HMS at $300/ton, and 349 Kg of #1 light iron at $200/ton. 631Kg, my biggest load of steel, in the Ford wagon yet. I'm looking at doing aluminium soon depending on price. Keep up the good work. 👍
I was surprised also. The last time I was there taking in that extruded aluminium he said prices were going to drop. Glad they haven't. Those are great prices too. Good old Ford station wagon. What kind of aluminium run are you wanting to do?
