You've been busy Mike, that was a huge unload. Yes that is a good price for #1, I get $0.20/Kg. I will do a mixed run next week, steel and aluminium, will let you know then, take care. 👍
I have been busy indeed! There is still so much more to process.... I thought Oz prices for scrap were better placed than here in NZ. Please do let me know what you get for your metals! 👍🙂
Mike in Salt Lake City, Utah their only paying 1/4 of a cent a pound for scrap steel but sometimes they don't pay anything but they say they except donation. Lol now that's greedy people.
It's nice to have that stability with prices.
It certainly makes it easier than having to drive all over the city to get paid good prices. How are your prices holding up?
@@MicroScraprMike no1 is 27c atm no2 is 6c. Ferrous prices have held steady for the last 3 months plus.
Yayyy🎉
Nice payday buddy.
Unfortunately there are many crooked scrap yards. Sounds like you’ve found a good one. Hope their prices stay good for you!
I have had my fair share of dodgy scrapyards! It certainly dents the scrapping spirit. So far, so good. Let's hope it continues. 🤞

That is so sad! People's hard work and effort, and then they have to deal with that. What a kick in the guts!
