    Thank you for this comparison video, it's helped me decide on my first display tablet. I was considering the 16 pro and 16 2021 and the 16 2021 wins for me after your detailed information. I have been searching for a decent comparison of these and you provided exactly the breakdowns I needed. I subscribed and liked on this basis. Again, thank you for saving me time and money!

    thanks to this video i decided to go for the 4k version. It was on a black friday sale, just 60$ more expensive than the 2.5k. But if it wasn't for that i would definitely go for the 2.5k. The faster response time, the felt nibs, and one thing you forgot, the qled screen, with higher contrast and color gamma were very tempting.

    I can relate so much wih the switch screen segment of the video...i personally have set one of the keys to (Windows + Shift + Left Arrow) to make windows jump from one screen to another on my PC. I just select the program from taskbar and make the window jump to my pen tablet. It feels more natural to me rather than making my mouse pointer jump to another screen.

    • @plainlysimple
      @plainlysimple  8 місяців тому +1

      Yes, that's another solution. 😊 It's a matter of preference. I personally prefer having the mouse pointer jump from screen to screen but this solution could also work 😊

    Amazing video!! Love these comparison reviews. I believe they make it much easier to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each model when compared side by side. I've been researching the 16" models, I'm thinking about getting the new XPPen Artist PRO16 (Gen2), many artists are talking very well and saying that it's a huge evolution in XPPen Pen Displays. It would be incredible to see a comparative review like this between it and the Kamvas Pro16 2.5K, as both are QHD and in the same price range.

    Do you recommend the 2.5 or the kamvas 22 plus, which is less resolution but larger, i am lost and confused

    • @plainlysimple
      @plainlysimple  9 місяців тому +3

      Hi! That depends on what’s important to you. If I have to choose, I’ll pick the 2.5k as the 16 inch is the perfect size for me. And resolution and hidpi is a big factor for me. But if size is a big factor for you then choose the 22. The 22 has a max resolution of 1920 x 1080 so it will look a bit pixelated compared to the 2.5k. For me, I don’t like to work on a pixelated screen, and I want my drawings to look very crisp. But if you’re not bothered by it looking a bit pixelated then go for the 22. If hidpi is a big factor then choose the 2.5k

    Greetings, this video is perfect. Finally it is explained properly. Maybe then, you can help me. I have low vision, which means I cannot see small print, icons. I know I can scale the UI to a larger percentage. I’m thinking I would need to scale it to 200% - 300% to be able to see the palettes, icons, toolbars, panels, etc. Which would you recommend for me? I was thinking of getting the Huion Kamvas 24mplus. I know I want / need a 24” screen to see the increased panels. Which 24” device would you recommend for me to be able to do this? Thanks. 12:24 12:24

      Hi! I'm sorry but I can't really give a recommendation on something I haven't tried yet, but I also work on a bigger screen too. My main monitor is a 27 inch, and I could say that if you have a low vision, a bigger screen would be more fitting. I haven't tried the 24 4k, but I have a feeling that I'm going to love it. Hopefully Huion would send us one to review 😄

    Question: I plan to use one of these for editing photos. Can you tell the difference between the 25ms vs 14ms response time when editing photos or drawing? Thank you.😀

    • @HoshPak
      @HoshPak 7 місяців тому +2

      The response time indicates how quickly the display's content is being updated. Most screens that operate in 60Hz have an average response time of 16.7ms. it's only noticeable when you directly interact with the screen i.e. when gaming or drawing in this case. It shouldn't be much of a concern when editing photos.

    and what about the kamvas pro of 2019? i mean, the 1080 resolution, which is better, the 16 (2021) or the pro 16 1080 res.? :')

    • @plainlysimple
      @plainlysimple  6 місяців тому +1

      I haven't tried pro 16 1080 res, so take this with a grain of salt, but I would say the 2021 version is better because it's newer (they've used latest tech, latest usb c etc.). I've looked at the specs and they're the same on a glance. The 2021 has more buttons, so I think the 2021 has a slight edge over the pro 16 1080p
