Hey Alex, Thanks for posting the whole workout. I've been strength, mobility, and speed stick training for quite a while. Added power moves about four weeks ago and have seen increased stock swing speeds again. Getting 110-113 on a controlled cruise driver, up from 107-108 (pretty good at 60). I'm looking to buy next that lightweight medicine ball that you use in a lot of your training. Could you please tell me the name of that and what size would be a good all around one with to start off with? Ty
Hey Alex, What frequency would you recommend for speed workouts like this? For heavy strength, 3x week is max since soreness and recovery is a big deal. This type of workout seems to leave you with more energy than you started with. Super awesome pre-workout on range days.
Yea exactly. You shouldn’t be overly fatigued or sore with a workout like this. I actually have a lot of my tour players run through 2 sets of a lot of these moves a pre round warm up to get everything firing. At the same time it is taxing the nervous system so going through a full set range I would only do it 3 times a week

I really like the Dynamax medballs. I like the 6lbs because it’s lite enough to move fast. I also use the 10lbs one a lot as well
