Railfanning NJ Transit at Short Hills & Millburn 7-11-24: a cool & very long MOW convoy in Millburn!

The morning trains weren't too interesting besides Bombardier ALP-46 4607 not smoking anymore. A few days ago there was smoke coming out from under the locomotive near the second axle. It could have been a traction motor problem or a brake problem but whatever was wrong, it's fixed now. There was also Alstom PL42AC 4002 that came through.
But the afternoon was super special! There was one of the biggest Maintenance of Way (MOW) convoys I've ever seen sitting in Millburn Station. I filmed walking down the line and some of the workers waved which was super cool. Then just as I got to the end of the line, the first vehicle started moving and I got to film the whole convoy moving out. Towards the end, a train came by and blocked a couple of the vehicles but it was still a super cool experience. Many of the workers honked their vehicles' horns as they passed by which I thought was super nice. Definitely a fun time!
