I love house 3, it was clean and specious and well laid out...
2 was huge... Alot of storage and bathrooms and rooms... You can have a study, a play room, a prayer room, and more

House no 2 is goals, good lightning everywhere,many rooms, renovation can be done where your not comfortable.

Hi Suzy, I love your energy and your excitement. It is such a breath of fresh air. The houses were all beautiful but house no. 3 was exceptional.
I so love the kitchen for the 3rd house.
However, I would go for house 2 coz it's spacious enough to accommodate your different needs...Home Schooling; Office; Separate rooms for the boys, girl(s) and help etc. You could also rent out part of the sq.
May God guide you as you make this decision.
I can completely relate when I saw ours we just knew it was home. I guess they say it's like when you have found your lifemate you just know.
House #2. It's spacious and has a decent compound for a kitchen garden and grass. I'd use the bottom level of the SQ as classroom and/or office to have a feel of separation between home and school. And possibly rent out the top level. Looking forward to see what you chose.

Loved house 3. The finishing was beautiful, tiles and fittings, lighting, storage space, space in the rooms. Lovely. 💖💖🤩

Love house number 2 coz you already have a class upstairs of the sq, downstairs of the sq is for your parent when the come visiting, the laundry area you can even put a table to iron your clothes, a study room/ office in the main house and the rest you can decide what to do with them

I visited house 2 earlier this year when we were moving it has a million bedrooms and the servant quarters was weeeh! Am surprised its still available it was a nice place

the kitchen in no.3 house is GOALS
Some renters/sellers install the closets but expect you to bring your own rails. The master bedroom is big and I love the flooring

House number 2 it is for me, I love to farm and that outdoor space would satisfy my every farming craving and allow my kids to learn a bit too.
House number 3 clip was too short, but the way you were happy with house number 2 it takes the win

House number 2 has too many rooms especially on sq , for one househelp ,but the space can be used as your classroom . But i love the compound you can have a home garden and an outside chilling area
I like the backyard space in house no2 and the house help have they own quarters also the home school could be separate from the living space in that building.

House 3 is amazing with bits of classic checkered floors, HUMONGOUS kitchen and enough storage spaces, nice video. I can't wait to see which house you'll choose.

And the second house is perfect for you guys. Kids don't even have to share one bedroom. They can have two bedrooms each with two, and still have the other room (without the bathroom) as a classroom.
And your office could be above the two servants quarters outside.
And you'll still have a room for guests!!

It house number 3 for me, who knows maintenance issues that might entail house 2 despite it being huge.

I like the layout of the last house though economically and budget friendly is the house with servant quarters. You can rent to 2 different individuals the lower part with a room and the other room can be used as a kitchen(bed sitter) . Same with the upper apartment. This way you have 2 bedsitters to be rented out. Your maid can live in with you. This way you’ll also have an earning from both the apartments. My way of thinking though
So right! Side income is an option. 👏🏾👏🏾

House no 3 is lovely
House 2 many rooms but need Renovation...the master bedroom closet is too small though maybe identify a dressing room within the house. House 3 for space, but as you mentioned the Lord is leading and He will say when to start unpacking.
I would like to know how you started hunting for a home. Did you have leads? Any Pple you can recommend?
For me I would go for house number 3.its just spacious enough to not give me headache of I don't know buying new furniture and doing this or that.plus I love the finishing of that house.it was done perfectly.

Definitely house no.2 💃 so much space and nice floors. I also liked the kitchen for house number 3. The thing i liked on number 1 were the closets and the master bathroom but I guess you can't have it all. Then I would go with the many rooms of house 2..I love love space. Thanks for the videos.

Loved house 3... though would have wanted to see the compound. House 2 is also a plot... the only catch is the house has never been occupied which means you'll be the guinea-pig.... and with young kids its bit tricky.
I watched your reaction to the houses you toured, as well as the video. Based on your reaction as you were videotaping, house #2 is the most suitable for your taste. I loved the natural lighting. House #3 was just too dark. No adequate lighting, be it natural or otherwise. I feel as if they were unprepared to show. I couldn’t even tell how many bedrooms it had. I loved its kitchen with the pantry. Is it just me or were the ceilings low too? Thank you Suzy for taking us with you on your house hunting journey. I never knew how serious my obsession was until one day I asked my personal person why he hadn't brought home some chicken he had bought for rearing purposes. he said "Sababu naweza fika home nikute unahamisha vitu kwa nyumba mpya"" Hehe. We are five months into the new house and he still doesn't trust me to stay here...lol
I love house number 2 but the only disappointment is the master bedroom's cupboards are very small. Everything in that house is damn good coz I love space.

yepii...i love viewing houses😊... i like house no 2 coz
No..1 all the bedrooms are ensuite
No..2 The kids can share a bedroom (2kids per bedroom)
No...3 you and your hubby can use the xtra room upstairs as your office
No..4 The downstairs bedroom is for the guests
No..5 The master is spacious enough, even if the wardrobes are small, your fundi can do a nice movable one for you
No...6 The laundry area is so spacious, and secured you can even put your freezers there
No...7 The upstairs SQ can be your learning place for the kids, the 1st room to have bookshelves and files cabinets, the other is for the desks etc, and then it has a washrooms, so incase they want to pee, dont need to go back to the house
No...8 Your house manager can use one of the downstairs SQ..the other room for storage eg pangas and jembes😜coz i can foresee a very well kept kitchen garden...no more buying sukumawiki n spinach😊
