a6400 + Sigma 16mm f1.4 + 7Artisans 1/8 Black Mist Filter | Test Footage

I saw a lot of movies are having like some kinda halation effects on it. So i assume it's got to be some lens filter or the lens itself or editing. So I bought myself a lens filter which I think could 'possibly' achieve that.
