This is in addition to the shar’i evidence which states that it is obligatory to cover the face. For example, Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): “And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent (like both eyes for necessity to see the way, or outer palms of hands or one eye or dress like veil, gloves, headcover, apron), and to draw their veils all over Juyoubihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms)…” [al-Nur 24:31] Drawing the veil all over the juyub implies covering the face. When Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked about the verse (interpretation of the meaning): “O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils) all over their bodies.” [al-Ahzab 33:59], he covered his face, leaving only one eye showing. This indicates that what was meant by the verse was covering the face. This was the interpretation of Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) of this verse, as narrated from him by ‘Ubaydah al-Salmani when he asked him about it.

I have a question regarding this, we as women covered with the hijab only face and hands showing, would it be permissible to post or do content on social media nothing for haram purposes but for buisness related purposes, because I’ll be starting network marketing but I’ll need to show my face. Know what’s the answer?
There are differences of opinion but I recommend asking for the daleel as I have seen recently some scholars saying it is not permissible for even women in niqab to be giving dawah online. Yet they offer no hadith, no verse, etc in their statement, and give no reply when it is requested. Even the hadith regarding what constitutes awrah does not make reference to voice as far as I'm aware, unless there is a less well known one, in which case I'd also be curious to know the grading. Since you were thinking of it for business purposes though I would also consider type of business and their financial practices and whether it would be halal from that standpoint, not just awrah. And also if you are the type of person to have conflicting feelings on this, keep in mind that they may continue using the materials you have produced even if you change how you present yourself to the public in the future. There is also a good amount of info out there now about faceless marketing and in my opinion some of those channels are doing quite well. But some of that will depend on the target demographic as well as what you are selling/promoting.

Could you please provide the references of the hadith and incidents you mentioned along with the proof that all these incidents happened after the Quranic verses of Pardah were revealed? Secondly, I have seen majority of the women who choose the second opinion that covering face isn't mandatory, to be easily influenced by the feminist ideology. Usually they are the ones who want equality with men in terms of similar roles and aren't happy with gender roles established in Islam. The best of the best and purest of the pure women used to cover their faces (Ayesha RA and Ummehatul momineen), are we in any aspect better or pious then them? No, so if any of us choose to pick and follow the opinion that states that niqab isn't mandatory but preferred, then we should keep it to ourselves, instead of publicly telling others thar this is the right way to do it.
So, are you trying to say hundreds of Sahabiya who didn't cover face are not so good woman.... Also, these are very generic hadith if you google with text you will easily find them. According to Quran Men and women are equal. And according do high majority Niqab is not compulsory. So, I think some people are not able to accept decisions of Allah and want to follow what they want above Allah's wish... May Allah save these people from becoming Kafir....
@@ananyam9914 Please mention the hadith with authentic reference where Sahabiyah were showing their faces. Equality between men and women has nothing to do with pardah. Men and women are equal in the eyes of ALLAH for their deeds. They aren't same physically, psychologically, emotionally and in any other way. Men are made 'Qawam' over women and women have been given different responsibilities. And these differences aren't digestible for modern day feminists. No, not majority says that niqab isn't mandatory. Majority of the authentic hadith clearly indicates that niqab is compulsory. Only a couple of narrations are there that people quote in favor of not covering one's face, and those narrations either aren't authentic or there's no description of that if that hadith was said before the ayah of pardah were revealed or after that. Even those scholars who say that niqab isn't mandatory, they say that it's mandatory for young women or that it's favourable in today's world where fitnah is everywhere. So yes, there are people who don't wish to follow ALLAH'S command but only their desires.

Should a woman cover her face?
Shaykh Salih al-Fawzan (may Allah preserve him) said:
“The correct view as indicated by the evidence is that the woman’s face is ‘awrah which must be covered. It is the most tempting part of her body, because what people look at most is the face, so the face is the greatest ‘awrah of a woman. This is in addition to the shar’i evidence which states that it is obligatory to cover the face.
For example, Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent (like both eyes for necessity to see the way, or outer palms of hands or one eye or dress like veil, gloves, headcover, apron), and to draw their veils all over Juyoubihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms)…” [al-Nur 24:31]
Drawing the veil all over the juyub implies covering the face.
When Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked about the verse (interpretation of the meaning): “O Prophet! ibn Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: “Allah has cursed the woman who does tattoos and the one who has them done, the woman who plucks eyebrows (al-namisah) and the one who has it done (al-mutanammisah), and the one who files her teeth for the purpose of beauty, altering the creation of Allah.” (Narrated by al-Bukhari, 5931; Muslim, 2125)
Is this directed at me? I’ve never done my eyebrows in my life. But I constantly get comments like yours. May Allah forgive us all.
@@themaryamamir That's just jealousy speaking
Most Muslim women don’t wear niqab, Ive not heard a sheikh saying it’s haram to show the face, it’s recommended but not obligatory. Don’t make it an issue
Most saudi ulama say its wajib and the face is awrah
@@someonesomewhere4344 I don't believe it's ijmah, maybe it's a bias to local custom - otherwise 99% of muslim women are committing sins everyday
@@someonesomewhere4344 But the worse thing we do, possibly is taking loans with interest. This question of covering the face is trivial compared to riba - which is a serious sin.
Niqab is a great gift from Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’alaa. Alhamdulillah. I have heard from my Qur’an teacher the argument that not wearing it is therefore amounts to ingratitude.
May Allah bless your teacher. That has zero basis in fiqh or usul. Their personal approach to tazkiyah and may Allah elevate their status
@@themaryamamirMaybe I misunderstood what my teacher said. Anything good I have said comes from Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’alaa, anything wrong comes from myself or Shaytaan. Astaghfirullah.
If You're gonna consume alcohol you're gonna find narrations about that too. As a matter of fact, the face is indeed "AWRAH".
@@samaryaqeen8893 some people don't bother about wish of Allaah but just about their desire. May Allaah save these people from becoming Kafir... And May Allaah save others from them from becoming kafir...
@@samaryaqeen8893 Then good luck with your niqab and live and let live. Don't put your nose in other people's affairs. That makes you a better muslim actually.
@samaryaqeen8893 again, good luck with your life and stop it with that holier than thou superior attitude. Niqab is not mandatory. Stop preaching nonsense to other people. And again, mind your own business. bye.
Are feet considered awrah?
For all the mathahib except the hanafis :) the hanafis do not consider it awrah
But the wife of the prophet peace be upon him covered their faces
Well the wives of the prophet (sallallhu alayhi wasallam) are different. In front of blind men, they needed to cover up, but other women do not. I’ll find the Hadith for you inshallah if you would like it. Either way, it does seem that the majority is upon the opinion that it is not obligatory. Allahu a’alam 😊
@@pinkflower6872 thank you...yes I would like to
The wives of the prophets weren't allowed to remarry anyone after the prophet died. So does that mean we Muslim women aren't allowed to remarry? Some rules were made fardh upon the wives of the prophets

Aslam u alaikum, i am not writting this review to disrespect someone nor to raise finger on anyone, i have a knowledge its forbidden to pluck ur eyebrows ,to shape them, yes but there is exception who has alot of eyebrows, i heard from scholars she can pluck to the extent that they became normal, but still she can't shape that its prohibited, mu question is why islamic scholars having shaped eye brows, they have so much knowledge, and obviously they will be having knowledge of this too, still i found they shape, correct me if i am wrong,
because they have genetically good eyebrows and you don't😁
