Elizabeth, best way to lower inflammation in the body is low carb diet, no sugar , low starch vegetables. I was almost crippled from inflammation in my body until I changed to a low carb diet. It has also reversed type 2 diabetes. I’m 70, found out my calcium score showed medium plague in my arteries, low carb , no sugar has greatly improved my health. God bless you, I pray for your healing. God is good! ❤❤❤
Fasting also helps.
I agree with this. I am 68. If I eat too many carbs & sugar, I can hardly walk for the pain in my hip. If I then fast a day, I can get it out of my body and keep on with a better diet.
@@Grace2Hopehave you ever tried eating or drinking super foods or super juices? It might help enhance the body from the sugars and carbs too. 👍🏻
Also, parasite cleanse is excellent for getting rid of the sugars.
Elizabeth is very good at monitoring her food if you watch her cooking videos you can see she is. She also is gluten intolerant so she always watches what she makes and will even make separate meals for Bill. She’s showed me a thing or two as well. Great job Elizabeth, you are on the right track.❤

How wonderful! I am a pulmonary Nurse practitioner. God is worthy of your praise and your glory. I have been bedside and clinic side to see wonderous disease reversal, and I have also seen the counter of that. Our outlook, our lifestyle, our TEACHABILITY all help both short term and long term.

Yes my husband had that this year, it’s inflammation. It’s is gone he rested took antibiotic’s it went away in a month. They know where it comes from, thank god we didn’t take the jab, caused that only makes things worse. God gets all the credit he gave us an immune system that nothing can beat.. glad you’re healed🙏🏻❤️

Your finding a great doctor, your determination to get out of the cold and move south for the winter, weight loss, your prayers and Bill's loving support have all worked in harmony to make so many improvements. Hallelujah, thank you God for your healing….so many Christian’s are reporting healings…which is truly happening. I am also healing from serious GI troubles, to the point that lesions have disappeared and confirmed by CT scan. Cancer healed! I am feeling the best I have felt in 12 yrs. To God/Yeshua/Holy Spirit thank you for this healing. How great is our God! ❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏

Elizebeth, we are so happy that your lung function is so much better and you are able to be more active! The Lord in His mercy blessed the means to make you feel better. We ask for prayers for our daughter. She has a rare auto immune disease and recently relapsed. The disease affects her vision so she is unable to work as a call nurse and of course she cannot drive. She did not respond to her infusion this time but the specialist has 2 more options to try. It is such a heartache for us because she lives on the other side of the country.
Dear Jesus, please bring her strength and healing. Show Yourself strong in her life.
Bring about Your loving, perfect will for her, and bring her loved ones Your peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen ❤️

This is a halleluiah moment here. Giving all praise and glory to God. When you talked about aorta surgery, my hubby just went thru surgery. He had two 70% blockages in his aorta in his abdomen. God showed up and saw him through this surgery also. Keep us informed. We are praying for you Elizabeth and a complete healing. Thank you for this update and praise report.

Happy to see you're doing great! Amazing Grace! I'm no expert either but I have changed my eating for more vegetables and I have noticed I actually feel happier and my blood pressure going down. Little changes can reap big rewards. Sorry you had to give up your precious cat. My sister had to do the same and it was hard on her too. Keep up the wonderful health improvements. ❤
Wonderful news! Not being able to breathe or to do normal activity is very distressing and God is so good to have healed you! I didn't realize you had to find a new home for your kitty but it sounds like you're both doing well❤
I haven't seen your videos in a while but I'm so happy to see your positive turn. I'm working on tuning up my self now teeth eyes etc. Surgery. Maybe one day I'll get a DR before the boys start a dam war out there. But I'll be 66 this year and changing everything i possibly can. Soon I'll be taking walks but it got to be Yankee melting weather here in Maine so I'm in the ac lol. Keep smiling

Elizabeth, my mom has idiopathic intersticial lung disease. She is praying for healing. It runs in our family. Her older sister has it, her nephew and her neice. It is terrible living with trying to catch your breath. Please pray for my mom's healing also.
I sure will pray. I know how rough it is having a hard time breathing.

In a cold climate we have everything closed up and the heat on. Dust, bad air, will take it's tole on us. But with moving to FL for the winter means having windows and doors open. It's getting outside for walks and bike rides. All + fresh air and that has given your lungs what they needed to heal. Thank God for the flip house that gave you the chance to get the home in FRL so you could heal!!!! Thanks be to God our Father. You have been looking so much better. Better coloring and you are not whizzing when you talk. Thanks for sharing the wonderful news. SO very happy for you. God bless and protect.

SO thrilled to hear of your improvement. My dad had the bad kind of ILD (don't know what caused it), so I've been nervous for you. I don't recall the timeline, but I wonder if there were some older materials in the trailor you lived in, that could have triggered your lungs. Also, I wonder if the wood stove could have irritated things. Whatever it was, glad you've been able to eliminate it. Congratulations on everything.
