Awesome vid! I work from home a lot too. I think I'm gonna give this a go
It's pretty great
Bought it too and had for a couple of days so far.
Pros:
- Massage feature works really well
- Super attractive. Got the brown/burnt orange color.
Cons:
- Super heavy
- Wheels do not roll easily(even on hardwood)
- “Zero gravity” is not actually zero gravity. Legs need to be reclined above heart by definition. This shows it just puts the feet up around the 5ish minute mark, same as mine, but if you look at their website picture, it’s a zero gravity recline. Will return bc of this. Too expensive to not live up to all of their advertised features.
Ahh bummer, sorry if I steered you wrong. I haven't had an issue with the wheels myself, but appreciate you sharing your experience!
Is the seat hard?
Lol I have that blue neck thing🤣as a massage therapist for 20 yrs I approve!
Haha I'm actually really glad to hear that! I've been really lazy with using it but if you say it works I'm going to have to be more disciplined with it 😂😤
Is the seat firm? Can’t take a hard seat
I haven't thought much about it, which I think is a good thing. I'd say it's the appropriate ratio of firm/cushion for an office chair.
World’s First? I guess my Homedics OCTS-200 for $250 in 2010 was a figment of my imagination. The only difference I see is the rechargeable battery and lack of heat which was provided with the Homedics. Well, I guess there is the $1,250 extra needed to buy the Chill Chair…okay, with inflation, only an extra $1,100 is needed.
In all fairness… that’s not a chair. I was in the market for a chair. 😂
Heads up, your camera was out of focus
Ahh I know! I'm going to pay more attention to this in the future :)
My company just bought this for us
Damn, that's awesome! 😂
Your 15% affiliate link does not work.
If you use code DONTPANIC at checkout, that will work :)
Massive shill vibes from this video. Was hoping for an honest review. If they are no longer paying you or you are no longer seeing profits from those codes, I'd love to hear what you really think of the product or if you even still have it.
I hear you. It's hard to trust when money's involved. I made a short video to explain how I choose/vet products and keep it 100% real. It's worth the watch: tylerjellis.com/affiliate
With the chair, I think I was also just genuinely excited to review a product outside the mental health space.
My thoughts on Chill Chair a few years later:
I still own it and it works great. It's not as ergonomic as I initially thought, so it's not the chair I'd recommend for daily work and back/neck support. The massage is really fantastic though... all my friends who have tried it agree on that point; if you have knots in your back, you'll be sore the next day (in a good way)
You miss-spelled your title. Its spelled "Paid Advertisement" not Review.
It’s*
In all seriousness though, this was not a paid advertisement. This video explains my process for trying/reviewing products like this: dontpanicdothis.com/affiliate-disclosure/
