Can you explain that a little bit more? I’m pretty music literate, studied music at the university level, but was actually a theater major. I’m fascinated by the process of taking piano music and writing it for guitar, but with pieces like this, as I am neither a classical pianist or a classical guitarist, it seems almost like a super power!

@@chcknpie04 on piano this piece is very simple, left hand doing chords and the right hand doing the melody. that's where it gets complicated on guitar, cause this song jus't doesn't sound good just the melody or just chords, and on the guitar having to do the two at the same time is very complicated, as well the melody and chords being far from each other makes it even more complicated. most, if not all performances from this piece on the guitar will sound different from the original, as being on different key, different notes, etc.
It's refreshing to listen to this piece on a different instrument not easy to play all the notes with one hand you did a great job. Thanks for sharing

It feels like the easiest pieces/songs on either of these instruments become really difficult once they're swapped. Prelude e minor is really difficult on guitar but really easy on piano, whereas seven nation army is really easy on guitar and on piano the nikodem lorenz version gives most pianist a headache
notice how the right hand is basically parallel to the strings. makes the attack sound very weak and slippery
