EASY CARROT CAKE IN AIR FRYER | My Favorite Cake | Easy, Delicious and Without Electric Mixe

Hello everyone!
Today I'm sharing with you this delicious recipe, one of the first recipes I learned how to make, many years ago. Which means this is super easy!
You can bake this cake in the Air Fryer, because it is a convection oven. And if you don't have an air fryer, oyu can bake it in a regular oven at 350°F (180°C) for around 40 minutes, depending on the baking pan you use. When I bake this cake in the oven, I use a 25cm (10 inch.) bundt pan.
For this recipe you'll need ingredients that probably have at home:
Carrots
Pecans
Vegetable oil
Eggs
Granulated sugar
Vanilla extract
All purpose flour
Baking powder
Salt
Ground cinnamon
Cream cheese
Butter
Powdered sugar

Zanahoria rallada 260 g (2 tazas)
Azúcar 400 g (2 tazas)
Aceite 1.5 tazas
Huevos 4
Harina 390 g (3 tazas)
Polvo para hornear 2 cditas
Canela 2 cditas
Sal 1 cdita
Nuez picada 80 g (1/2 taza)
Para el betún
Queso crema 226 g
Mantequilla 110 g
Azúcar glass 1 taza
