Don't Get This Stateroom - Oosterdam Signature Suite 8087

On my two previous cruises with HAL I've had Signature Suites on deck 6 and have loved them. When booking this cruise I saw that they were offering a "Guaranteed" Suite for $2700 instead of the $3900 for the "choose your own" suite so I took it, thinking there could be no bad locations for this type of stateroom. Boy was I wrong. The suites on this floor are very noisy, especially the ones under the buffet. Watch to the end to see my expectations and then actual experience with this room.
