I think they should design ALL cabins like that. Why take up precious cabin space with a wardrobe closet, fridge, small desk 🤷🏻♀️ put it all in a hidden walkin closet!!!
As someone who spends 80% of their cruise life in inside cabins, this one was absolutely gorgeous - the colour scheme is a really good way to make the room feel bigger than it actually is. The walk in wardrobe space makes it look and feel SO luxurious!
I'd pick a normal balcony - I like the idea of opening a door and being truly outside, away from the filtered air conditioning of the room. The last $80k room is an eyesore - looks like a kindergarten classroom. If I was a wealthy grandfather I'd love to take my grand kids on a cruise but I don't want to live in their playground.
You are so right about that. No way would I spend 80k on that cabin. it looks good for small children and a family who will spend enough time in it. With all of the activities on the ship, why do you need a cabin that costs 80k. Take those children around the ship and leave them in childcare sometimes while you enjoy some adult time together.
Wow an $80,000 dollar a week suite with beanbag chairs and a slide. It seems almost extreme in limiting the range of guests. But hey, maybe there are a heck of a lot more very wealthy people with kids who like to cruise.
Hi guys, we are the elderly couple you met, it was great meeting you and Stef. We have done the infinite cabin in Celebrity, I really enjoy sitting on a balcony and getting the sea breeze.
As someone who wants to go on a cruise but has a lot of anxiety about the ocean, I absolutely love the concept of the infinite balcony. Gives natural lighting and a view but puts space and an added sense of safety between me and the actual water :)
Wow! That’s an inside cabin I wouldn’t mind staying in! I love the closet area. That’s for the great tour, guys! BTW, I completely agree on the decor of that big family suite…yuck.
I suspect that the "infinite balcony" design is to save on fuel costs. Like you said, they have some plusses and minuses. Some may love the extra indoor space and floor to ceiling glass, while others, like me, prefer to have an actual outdoor balcony. Sitting in a room with the window open is not the same as sitting outdoors. It would be more honest of the cruise lines that have them (RCCL/Celebrity) to call them Oceanview cabins with windows that open...or something less wordy, LOL, but equally descriptive. I'll bet some people booked them thinking they were getting an actual balcony. Great video! Always informative and entertaining.
We stayed in a Sunset Corner Suite on Deck 11. The ones on decks 11 and 12 are even bigger with beds that face directly out to the balcony. The bathrooms are also a little bigger and come with two sinks. I would highly recommend getting a Corner suite on the upper decks.
When I tell you I hit play so fast 😂. I love Ben and David because they always give very throughout walk thrus and details. They are the only ones I've seen that mentioned laundry options on their other videos. For me.. I'd pay money to wash clothes just so I don't have to come back with laundry that needs to be done after a lovely family vacation. I will say this is the first time I'd consider an inside cabin.
I was prepared to dislike the infinite balcony until I saw the version with family accommodations. I still prefer a “real” balcony, but the thoughtfulness around accommodating families is a big selling point. Big enough that I wouldn’t mind seeing them retrofit older ships with more family friendly cabins like the ones shown here. Super informative as always guys!!
Never took an Inside cabin until we just went on the brand new Celebrity Ascent. Guess what? It was just like all the other regular cabins including the beautiful bathroom but it was not quite as long and did not have a view. Guess What? I got the best sleep I ever had. Dead quiet and dark. Of course you use a small night light and there is one in the bathroom already there. Would do it again in a heartbeat and guess what? We are going to do this on the new NCL Viva this summer taking a 10 day Adriatic cruise. And we saved at least a thousand dollars on each cruise and then some. Bought my wife an nice lab grown diamond ring and saved a ton on that too. Get my drift. I like good value for the money. These overpriced suites are not and I dont care how much you have. Its still a big waste. Just my opinion. No flames please. Look elsewhere if you want to pull that stuff.
Of all the cabins I've seen on your channel, I am really liking the design of the rooms on this ship. That wrap around wardrobe was brilliant. I'm so happy to see you guys back in front of the camera. It's a beautiful ship.
Ben and Dvid your videos are out of this world!!!! The best cruise UA-camrs I have come across by far. Your attention to detail and the way you do not rush your videos are FANTASTIC! Keep up the amazing work :)
I completely agree with your take on the ultimate family townhouse- having cruised a bit as a child, I would have much preferred a more grown up style, where I could feel like a VIP, much like how Oscar loved the giant suite you booked in one of your recent videos! Plus, then the adults can enjoy it too!
Totally agree! That suite with the slide was very childish and honestly very babyish. When Oscar saw his room and of course the private hot tub he knew he was VIP!
I agree. A cruise in itself 0s very adult-feeling, and I would imagine a kid would want to feel more sophisticated vs kiddy unless it's a Disney cruise.
I love the colors of the rooms, toned down from the rest of the ship. I don’t like the infinite balconies, looks like a fish tank Regular balconies are much better, specially in summer with the heat in the Caribbean. The townhouse is horrendous You need glasses to fight all those colors. I know Is for families with kids but is a little too much . Inside cabin is super cute Thanks again for the gorgeous video
That's funny, seems like everyone says the same thing about them being so dark and nice to sleep in at night while I'm the odd man out it seems. My bedroom at home has so many night lights, brightly lit LED display on my alarm clock, etc. that it probably blinds my cats night vision when it's time to sleep. LOL
We have had an infinity balcony on three different cruises. We love them. We like to open our window at night and sleep to the sound of the ocean. Plus, it cools the room down at night, We have not experienced the room getting hot even though our first cruise was on the Edge to the Carribean The other two were transatlantic. The infinity balcony also makes the room seem bigger with an extra sitting area where you can watch the ocean.
My wife is disabled and is mostly limited to her wheelchair on board…this actually makes us eligible for accessible cabins, which, even with accessible Oceanviews, are VERY spacious, at least on Royal…something like 330 square feet, which are larger than even balconies and comparable to a standard hotel room
I like the balcony cabins. Me & my hubby like to have a view. The inside cabins where nice!! So bright & plenty of space. The extremely expensive kids room cabin reminds me of a daycare classroom. Seems like they forgot about the older folks when designing this. Love you both so much!!❤😊
I have the infinite balcony family room booked for 3/25! Cannot wait for my kids to have their own bunk area! Way more than we'd ever normally spend but my oldest heads to college later that year so we splurged!
I have to say, although I haven’t sailed on that ship, I don’t know if I would like that new sunroom/balcony. You’re not in the elements, you’re just looking out at them. I would miss the openness. However, I do get that it could really be helpful for families with small children.
I can see how the infinite balconies would be perfect for families with young toddlers! No fear of falling out when it's closed and those little fingers can press right up on the glass!
We like to set outside on our balcony though out the day, and specially at night while we watch one of our Netflix shows while we are enjoying a few beverages and listening to the waves splash. The last Cruise we were on in Sept on Allure of the Seas we couldn't even open our curtains during the day without the room over heating and taking forever to cool back down. The thought of having to leave the door open (down) and the whole room over heating with this rooms is a big No for us.
My husband and I did the Infinite Balcony on Celebrity Beyond and absolutely loved it. We slept with it open every night. This was an 11 night cruise to the ABC islands and Panama Canal in March 2024. We're looking at the Icon for August or November and didn't know they had the infinite balcony. Hope they are available when we book it. Love the extra space the balcony adds.
That inside cabin is genius. Love the wardrobe area. I’m not sure I could deal with the infinite balcony. We also like to keep the inside in and outside out. It’s not to step out into the air. The tiles in the sky suites are gorgeous. Love the bed canopy detail too.
I actually like this floorplan since I tend to like ocean view rooms, this was a step up. What I always feared was the noise of neighboring cruisers on their balconies and found this setup to be quite nice. I was able to lower the window and get fresh air and sit comfortably in the room. I had a balcony room on one of my cruises and hardly ever sat out on the balcony. This room set up was very comfortable for me
My family LOVES Ben & David!! We watch you all the time! We love all the cheeky moments 😂! You all are so entertaining! My 1yr old enjoys the videos too!
Hi Ben and David. The inside cabin looks very nice. Ocean view is nice. Surfside balcony, I would think they could be a little louder. Infinate balcony, extra hidden storage is always nice. I like the wardrobe. I think I would like that cabin. Makes the room feel bigger. Family infinate balcony. Love all the colors. For family's that is really nice. Surfside family suite. Lot's of room. Corner suite... Nice! Panoramic suite, huge. Icon loft suite. Nice looking. Family townhouse, I would expect more elevated decor, not relaxing for adults. A huge indoor playground for the kid's. An for the price, you can find all the fun things for kid's on the ship. I would never pay that price for the cabin (even if I could). As always thank you for sharing all this and the hard work you do getting it out. ❤❤
We were in a Spacious Ocean View Infinite Balcony last week. Saw you guys several times. We loved it. Found ourselves sitting in the balcony space 90% of our time in the room. More than we ever spent on an outside balcony. AC seemed to keep up okay while window was open, but, once the window was closed, temperature and humidity balanced very quick.
I have to say the cabin you stayed in during your Dubai trip was the ultimate cabin I don’t think you guys have to worry about spending tons of money on these other ones
The thing about the infinite balcony is you have a extra seating without the wind and if you can't sleep you can sit in the balcony area and watch the world go by without feeling the cold .
I was impressed with the inside cabin on this ship. However the suite you stayed on with your family in Dubai was AMAZING plus you got such a bargain!!! I cannot imagine spending crazy kinds of money for that family suite with the slide!
Always love you great videos. Just wish you’d show a handicapped accessible cabin on some of the ships. Thanks for all you do. Really appreciate the detailed coverage.
I agree with the not wanting heat being in the cabin but I think in the right circumstances I'd be okay with the infinite balcony. The brightness and being able to have breakfast/coffee overlooking an area would be nice. It definitely feels like a more spacious cabin.
This ship looks so nice, hopefully someday she’ll sail from Galveston, which is the only port I sail from because I can drive to it & I don’t want to add the expense of flying. You guys really know how to make the nicest, most professional videos. Best cruise channel for sure. ❤
I think I’m in the camp of not liking the infinite balcony rooms solely because of the heat issue. How long would it take to cool your room back down after opening the window? I think I’d pass on that. Rather have a separate balcony.
I just got off from Icon and the infinite ocean view balcony was an upgrade we bitted for and got. In my case having a 6 year old and a curious 3 year old, it was good having that extra space without having access to the outside directly. For anybody with little kids, there is a lock mechanism in the A/C screen in the settings so it stays locked. This was something I was worried about and couldn't find a video explaining it.
We are boarding in less than two weeks and my family of 5 is staying in one of the Family Infinite Balcony rooms - we largely booked it for the space/beds so we shall see what we think of the infinite balcony part. Thanks for the video!
I love it absolutely I’m not comfortable with a balcony. And I love a good storm and and crazy waves at sea. I would shove the bed right up to the window.
Im actually a fan of the infinite balacony. We had an ocean view on Allure which is basically just a big porthole and loved it simply for the natural lightning and views but didnt care to go outside so this adds to that. I think I want to try it.
Ocean view balcony for me. Thought it was lovely with a traditional balcony. The infinite balcony is really a big window that only half opens, can’t call that a balcony!
And yet the other cabins were so tastefully decorated. Not everything in a family unit needs to revolve around the children. I wouldn't stay in a cabin that was so intent that my children watch TV, that their bedroom has four TV's at the end of the four children's beds. 📺📺📺📺🙄 So much for teaching conflict resolution. Used to be you'd bicker over what to watch. It's okay. It builds character, lol!😃
Thank you, great video! We are taking our Grandsons in June and have the Family Infinite OV with the bunk beds! I'm pretty sure my husband is going to hate the infinite balcony because of the heat (I will love it)! Even if it's a one and done, we can say we tried it! I love that the boys will have their space. Creating special memories again on Royal:) Thanks again for the informative video!

The inside cabin having that walk-in wardrobe space is FANTASTIC
I think they should design ALL cabins like that. Why take up precious cabin space with a wardrobe closet, fridge, small desk 🤷🏻♀️ put it all in a hidden walkin closet!!!
I wish the bathroom door opened into that space so the light won't blind the person sleeping at night
I would pick the inside cabin lots of room and the walk in wardrobe brilliant
No go inside cabin on a cruise ship
The $80,000 cabin…. Is that per person, or for the entire family???
As someone who spends 80% of their cruise life in inside cabins, this one was absolutely gorgeous - the colour scheme is a really good way to make the room feel bigger than it actually is. The walk in wardrobe space makes it look and feel SO luxurious!
It was SO lovely!
I work in the public school system. And that was my thought exactly.
You could sail an entire month in a Deluxe Owners suite on a NCL ship for that price
I suspect the $80k cabin is a stunt rather than one someone would actually take.
It was lovely to meet you!
I like the infinite balcony cabin. More sunlight and sea breeze. Zen.
As someone who wants to go on a cruise but has a lot of anxiety about the ocean, I absolutely love the concept of the infinite balcony. Gives natural lighting and a view but puts space and an added sense of safety between me and the actual water :)
I'm like David, I need that real balcony experience.
Agree! They're basically just oceanview cabins with deck furniture next to the window.
While I would love a balcony cabin the inside cabin is definitely no hardship. Love the storage space!
We stayed in a Sunset Corner Suite on Deck 11. The ones on decks 11 and 12 are even bigger with beds that face directly out to the balcony. The bathrooms are also a little bigger and come with two sinks. I would highly recommend getting a Corner suite on the upper decks.
Was thinking the same thing, but I wish they would've shown what the balcony looked like in the video. Curious to see how it wrapped around.
WOW! that inside cabin is amazing!
The Sunset Corner cabin is so gorgeous!!!

I quite like the idea of an inside cabin especially for a first cruise

I love the inside cabin! Thanks for showing it to us. The closet area is amazing.
I was going to get an ocean view cabin but after seeing this inside cabin I am sold. Walking closet for the win!
Wow, the inside cabin is so nice, and the balcony cabin is amazing
Love the baskets in the closets
Of all the cabins I've seen on your channel, I am really liking the design of the rooms on this ship.
That wrap around wardrobe was brilliant.
I'm so happy to see you guys back in front of the camera.
It's a beautiful ship.
Hi Ben and David! I am basically 98% inside cabin person and I really, really super like this inside cabin ❤. Thank you so much for this video!
I could never stay in a cabin without windows, I would feel trapped. My favorite will always be one with a true walk-out balcony overlooking the sea.
They completely black out at night and you get amazing sleep in them.
Me 2...............
Ben and Dvid your videos are out of this world!!!! The best cruise UA-camrs I have come across by far. Your attention to detail and the way you do not rush your videos are FANTASTIC! Keep up the amazing work :)
Traditional balcony. Hands down.
Even the inside cabin is nice!

yeah. it's the adults that pay for it after all..

Regular balconies are much better, specially in summer with the heat in the Caribbean.
The townhouse is horrendous
You need glasses to fight all those colors.
I know
Is for families with kids but is a little too much .
Inside cabin is super cute
Thanks again for the gorgeous video
Inside cabin for sure. We spend most of our time enjoying the ship🥰
I loved my inside room last time I cruised. It was all cozy like a hug. Slept great.
Infinite balcony is all weather. Often it gets too windy or sea too rough to sit out on your balcony- these seem to compensate for those situations 😎👏
That's probably why Viking uses them on their Expedition ships.
the nice thing about inside cabins, is that they get pitch black at night. i've slept my best nights in window-less cabins and hotel rooms.
LOL
@@rc1411 no I'm the same when it's pitch black I get like weirdly disoriented almost like a vertigo feeling.
Everyone needs to stop calling it an “infinite balcony” it’s an “opening ocean view”
We have had an infinity balcony on three different cruises. We love them. We like to open our window at night and sleep to the sound of the ocean. Plus, it cools the room down at night, We have not experienced the room getting hot even though our first cruise was on the Edge to the Carribean The other two were transatlantic. I've had 3 infinite balconies on Celebrity and i love them.
It's nice to see the camera interact with the viewers 😌💖
I have the infinite balcony family room booked for 3/25! Cannot wait for my kids to have their own bunk area! Way more than we'd ever normally spend but my oldest heads to college later that year so we splurged!
@Paul-un2tr far from it! Still debating downgrading due to cost 🤣🤣🤣
Infinite balcony looks fabulous!
I really appreciate you letting us know about the size of the rooms. It really helps with making up my mind.
I have to say, although I haven’t sailed on that ship, I don’t know if I would like that new sunroom/balcony. You’re not in the elements, you’re just looking out at them. I would miss the openness. However, I do get that it could really be helpful for families with small children.
This was one of the best cabin reviews seen in a while, Great detail and just the right amount of time per cabin size.
Sunset corner suit is what I would like for 6 of my family members, which would include my parents, sister, friend & me!
Fan Girling right now! Been waiting on this one. ❤
I can see how the infinite balconies would be perfect for families with young toddlers! No fear of falling out when it's closed and those little fingers can press right up on the glass!
Thank you for sharing. I love the corner suite cabin. I hope you both had a great time 😊
We like to set outside on our balcony though out the day, and specially at night while we watch one of our Netflix shows while we are enjoying a few beverages and listening to the waves splash. Not a fan of the infinite balconies. prefer the balcony be a seaparate space.
I just found you two, and I am alone and don’t travel, but I am living vicariously through you ❤ ❤ Thank-you!
I love binging your amazing content 🎉
Love the baskets! Perfect for swimsuits, socks, underwear... AND! Toys and kids items for families.
STREAMING FROM PHONE!!!!!!! AH! I am in heaven.
I really like the inside cabin. It's very nice 👌 really want to get on board, but it's just too expensive
This room set up was very comfortable for me
I feel like Costa cruises did this idea of a balcony in the cabin better on toscana/smeralda with their conservatory style balcony
My family LOVES Ben & David!! We watch you all the time! We love all the cheeky moments 😂! You all are so entertaining! My 1yr old enjoys the videos too!
Ben and David, the two of you are the absolute best at ship/cabin tours. Thank you
I was kind of hoping to see the window ocean view cabins................ or the new Panoramic view (floor to ceiling) view cabins
I liked the first suite - it seemed very spacious but the decor was calming and the layout was perfect.
I agree, except for the use of "but" instead of "and"
Infinite Veranda okay for cooler climate cruises. Balcony for warm weather cruising for me.
I look forward to your videos so much! They always make my week and inspire me to work hard so I can go on a cruise 😂
Thank you for showing the interior cabin..

I would pick the sunset corner cabin, for sure.
I’m handicapped and become anxious about whether I can deal with cabins/ships made for able-bodied folks. I would love to see what I’m dealing with!
Love the European design and colors, which to choose is a tough call , I think a regular balcony still wins it for me over the Infinite one
Your take is right on when it comes to the slide cabin. Garish colors indeed; much like the upper decks. They've turned the upper decks into Coco Cay.
I agree with the not wanting heat being in the cabin but I think in the right circumstances I'd be okay with the infinite balcony. The brightness and being able to have breakfast/coffee overlooking an area would be nice. It definitely feels like a more spacious cabin.

Best shot is 22:22. Superb. Loved the tour.
I love it absolutely I’m not comfortable with a balcony. And I love a good storm and and crazy waves at sea. I would shove the bed right up to the window.
Yeah I think they look really nice, but I enjoy a separate balcony and a nice cool air conditioned room
Im actually a fan of the infinite balacony. We had an ocean view on Allure which is basically just a big porthole and loved it simply for the natural lightning and views but didnt care to go outside so this adds to that. I think I want to try it.
Love the Infinite Balcony
I love that inside cabin. Reminds me of the cabin I had on the Regal Princess
I'm your newest subscriber from KENYA when will Royal Caribbean international consider cruising round African destinations we are clientel too 🙂🙂🙂
Welcome! Thanks for subbing!
Ocean view balcony for me. Thought it was lovely with a traditional balcony. The infinite balcony is really a big window that only half opens, can’t call that a balcony!
I like the family cabins. Great idea
All rhe rooms look really nice. I especially like the Inside, Infinite and Panoramic rooms.
I'd pick the corner suite. They are lovely.
The family townhouse looks like a McDonalds play area!
Nailed it!
And yet the other cabins were so tastefully decorated. Not everything in a family unit needs to revolve around the children. I wouldn't stay in a cabin that was so intent that my children watch TV, that their bedroom has four TV's at the end of the four children's beds. 📺📺📺📺🙄
So much for teaching conflict resolution. Used to be you'd bicker over what to watch. It's okay. It builds character, lol!😃
I absolutely love you guys! Thank you for showing us this incredible ship!!
Sunset corner suite...favorite choice
The inside cabin looks great! I would be happy with that.
Sunset suite my favourite.
On her right now. So many sitting options on this ship. Apparently we hit a squall, you could even feel the ship moving! We are in an ocean balcony.
We were on the MSC World Europa maiden voyage from Dubai to Barcelona and had one of the Infinite Balcony cabins, thoroughly enjoyed the cabin.
Hello from PEI Canada. Very helpful to figure out what I would need. Thank you.
I’ll stick with a regular old balcony. Seems more flexible.
Thank you for this wonderful tour. I hope your catching up on your sleep and giving your feet a rest. 💙💙
