I've always wanted to fly in an a380
What I love the most is the gull winging on touch down...so gorgeous and words are not enough
Its like an eagle amongst all of the airplanes. Beautiful and mighty
When you're standing right new to her, I'd say it is more along the lines of an Ostrich among all of the other planes and even that doesn't do it justice.
Wonderful experience of Airbus A380 of Air Franch from Paris to Washington flight on my journey from New Delhi to Washington via Paris during 2014 along with my wife.

When I look at the passengers windows and compare them to the size of the aircraft I realise how small we are! I wish I could board the A380 from the ground and not from the gate just to have a better idea of its size
I hope one day I am lucky enough to have the chance to board such a beast of plane ..til that I will keep watching

Damn, that would be amazing: I'd install an elevator to carry cars in the lower deck with maybe a small tank to refuel the cars. I've read on a website that some Saudi billionaire has the world's only private A380.
Don't sweat it bro, if you're ever find yourself in the Mojave stop on down to Victorville you can pick up a Quantas A-380 , specifically ship VH-OQH for a lot cheaper than you might think.
I'm highly motivated to move some of these big birds too, they take up a lot of space and I got 4 of them from just Quantas alone !
The upkeep on that behemoth would be too much 🤣

Some people say this aircraft is ugly, but I think it's a heavy duty beauty. Flown on it many times, so steady and quiet. Though some landings really let you know how big and heavy it is...
The A-380 is definitely not an ugly jet, I think it is awesome, it is just it is real hard to compete with the 747 as far as beauty , at least that is what I see , we all see something different though, that is the way it is supposed to be , life would be boring A/F if we all thought and felt the same.
I would absolutely love to be at the controls of this beast!

Wow!! I think this plane is absolutely beautiful!!! And massive and am just in awe as to how it actually flies! I understand dynamics but at 70 yrs of age I still don't understand how something so massive can 'float' through the air!!! Such beauty!!!!
It's incredible that those small wheels can hold up all of those tons. Just one engine is 7 tons
@@LordOfSweden The wheels are not small. The main body gear and the wing gear tyres are nearly 1.5m in diameter and nearly half a metre in width. There are 20 of them, 22 in total with the nose gear. A fully laden A380 takes of at around 500 tonnes.

Love All of them. Love for my national airlines too. Malaysia Airlines. Btw it is a sad news because many of this airlines having difficulties to fly this huge aircraft after covid hits. All malaysia airlines a380 are remain grounded and put on sales right now. Its very heartbreaking news but I am sure the airlines need to recover.

Great optical illusion with such a beautiful aircraft! they look like they are strolling down the runway but these beasts are lickin along at some pace usually 200mph for rotate speed

Very nice video !! Did you know? The A380 is made up of over 4 million parts. On take off, the wings flex upwards by four metres. The upper deck, lower deck, cargo and baggage holds total 1,570 sq. metres. Enough space for 35 million ping pong balls. The fan blade diameter is 2.95 metres, and suck in 1.25 tons of air per second. These facts and figures are from Airbus for my forthcoming video on board Emirates upper deck London-Dubai in January 2023
